This spacious and airy 2 storey apartment has been thoughtfully equipped to provide a ‘home from home’. It’s easy to relax in the large living room tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs with wifi, Hi-Fi and Smart TV. The property benefits from 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with ensuite in addition to a family bathroom and downstairs toilet. One bedroom has lovely extensive sea views of the North County Dublin coastline.
The kitchen too is very well equipped with all that you are likely to need to cater for your needs! For your convenience, it has a full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine-drier.
The apartment is located within the safe and well landscaped development of Robswall. The long, sandy beaches of the Malahide estuary and renowned ‘Velvet Strand’ of Portmarnock are both within a short walk. Seaside activities of sailing, swimming ,kite-surfing are on your doorstep. There are numerous golf courses within striking distance. You can explore the coastal towns of Howth and Skerries and enjoy the Bull Island Nature Reserve just 13 kilometers away.
Dublin City centre is easily accessible by bus (bus stops right outside Robswall) or train (Dart) from Malahide town centre.
This is a year-round location, which is very well insulated and with use of central heating for the cooler months.

Lovely home and stunning scenery

The duplex is even lovelier than the photos. Very well equipped. Plenty of storage space. Warm and comfortable. V good wifi. Fantastic view of Donabate strand and Lambey. Owner was quick to respond to any question (even when they were on holiday and we had accidentally turned off the heating!). Gorgeous and convenient setting for walking/getting into Dublin/Tara/...

A cozy beachside retreat

This apartment was wonderful. It is bright, quaint and cozy in, what I think, is one of the best spots you can stay in the greater Dublin area. I stayed at the unit for 6 weeks and loved every day in the home. Prior to arriving, I wondered if I should stay close to Dublin City centre but the DART was so frequent and reliable the commute was lovely. I’m also glad I did choose to stay outside the city. Malahide is beautiful with lots of restaurant and shops locally and breathing taking beach trails and paths. The apartment really felt like home - so much charm to it, spacious, well-set up with everything I could need. The pictures really don’t do the unit justice - it’s quiet and peaceful and beautifully kept. I hope to return next year. The hosts were lovely as well, checking in and there if you needed them. It was a perfect long term stay accommodation.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit

Wir waren das erste Mal in Irland und hatten uns einen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und den Besuch von Dublin gesucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Man läuft in wenigen Minuten zum Meer oder kann über die nahegelegenen Wiesen Spazieren gehen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und waren daher mobil. Die Küche ist gut und komplett ausgestattet incl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Das WLAN ist gut und ausreichend schnell. Die Anleitung für Ankunft ist ausführlich und erklärt die wichtigsten Dinge (Müllentsorgung, Bedienung der Heizung). Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber - man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf das Meer und kann schon beim Aufwachen die irische See und Landschaft genießen. Uns hat es sehr gut in der Wohnung gefallen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I loved staying in this house, which was super accessible and very tasteful in its layout and decor. Helen was magnificent - very communicative and responsive to anything that came up. Her instructions that she provided ahead of time were also really helpful. This stay exceeded all my expectations and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Maison Malahide top

En arrivant , des verres, une bouteille, des chocolats, un mot d’accueil, étaient posés sur la table de la cuisine! Très gentille attention ! La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les deux salles de bain et de douche sont appréciables pour 2 couples. Une place de parking devant la maison. La maison est pas très loin de l’aéroport et de Dublin. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La propriétaire est joignable facilement. Nous recommandons cette location.
