Stylish, spacious, 2 bed Malahide apartment with sea view from bedroom
This spacious and airy 2 storey apartment has been thoughtfully equipped to provide a ‘home from home’. It’s easy to relax in the large living room tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs with wifi, Hi-Fi and Smart TV. The property benefits from 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with ensuite in addition to a family bathroom and downstairs toilet. One bedroom has lovely extensive sea views of the North County Dublin coastline.
The kitchen too is very well equipped with all that you are likely to need to cater for your needs! For your convenience, it has a full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine-drier.
The apartment is located within the safe and well landscaped development of Robswall. The long, sandy beaches of the Malahide estuary and renowned ‘Velvet Strand’ of Portmarnock are both within a short walk. Seaside activities of sailing, swimming ,kite-surfing are on your doorstep. There are numerous golf courses within striking distance. You can explore the coastal towns of Howth and Skerries and enjoy the Bull Island Nature Reserve just 13 kilometers away.
Dublin City centre is easily accessible by bus (bus stops right outside Robswall) or train (Dart) from Malahide town centre.
This is a year-round location, which is very well insulated and with use of central heating for the cooler months.
