This is a large house that sleeps 8. Over 6,000sq feet! 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The views are some of the best on St. Simons! Walk out the back door and catch dinner on the dock. The fishing here at Goulds Inlet is a hot spot for the locals and there are plenty of redfish, trout, flounder, and black drum!
****This is a true Classic East Beach Home - an OLDER & Quirky home. The kitchen/bathrooms are fully functional just older. The house layout is a of yesteryear & can be quirky, but the stunning views are why we purchased the home and are some of the best views on St. Simons!***.

Ryan, our manager, grew up on St. Simons Island and from a young age started to help managing vacation properties for his parents and is now apart of managing Ocean Road. He knows the properties like the back of his hand and will make sure that you feel right at home during your stay.

This property boasts some of the best views on St. Simons, from the patio you can see East Beach, Goulds Inlet, Sea Island, and little St. Simons Island. It is a large house with many amenities, ranging from a private pool and dock, gym, and large patio great for entertaining!
Fisherman's Retreat! Ryan our manager, enjoys fishing at this property and regularly catches redfish, blackdrum, sheepshead, whiting, trout and plenty of blue & stone crabs.
