The property features complete privacy, yet it’s just a 10-minute drive to downtown Los Olivos or Santa Ynez. A perfect location and great for those who like to bike as well. The home has magic to its 4,500 square feet of clean lines and simple elegance. The gourmet kitchen is fully integrated and a central gathering spot. Maximize the views and outdoor space by opening the expansive sliding glass doors.
The private and aesthetically pleasing infinity pool and hot tub are a star gazer’s dream at night and the perfect place to relax after a full day of activity in the Valley. • Clean all dishes, pots/pans, and utensils • Remove any opened food items from refrigerator • Bag all trash and take out to the appropriate receptacles
• Turn off all lights, appliances, A/C, and heat • Close and lock all doors and windows • Leave key in lockbox upon departure.

First of all this house has absolutely magnificent views of the valley and the sunsets. Every room was spotless and the attention to small details like night lights, laundry detergent, a renter’s book with loads of information and a well stocked kitchen made everything seamless. The beds and all the other furniture was sooo comfortable. This property is a true jem for families or groups traveling together to the area.

Wonderful spot

The highlight is the view of the valley and mountains. From the hot-tub, the terrace or any of the rooms, there are great views that offer a sense of space and peace. Thr furnishings are a bit sparse, but the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the basics for cooking for a group. The host is attentive and helpful, checking in and out are easy. The location is great for all the wine towns and vinyards, and there are nice, relatively quiet roads around for walking and biking. We had a great family Christmas in this place.

Perfection!

We spent a weekend with our immediate family (all adults this time) to celebrate a milestone birthday. This home has literally everything you could want or need. Absolutely perfect location (easy drive to town), complete security and privacy, and the home... the most well appointed house we've ever rented. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked (we cooked three meals), the pool and jacuzzi were heavenly. Comfortable living room, two dining options (inside and out). The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. There is so much space and light. This is truly a special property and we were so thankful it was available.
