Large family house 100 m from the beach

We rent in all seasons our large family house (12 rooms) with sea view. Quiet and bright, it has been redone in 2007 and is maintained with care. It is ideal for organizing a family reunion, an event with friends or a family vacation. The asking price is "all inclusive" charges except end-of-stay cleaning (150 euros).

The house is located on the south coast of Finistère, 100 m from the nearest beach and the GR 34, in front of a beautiful Breton chapel of the fifteenth century: Our Lady of Peace.

The location is ideal:
- shops nearby (good bakery and grocery shop at 300 m, supermarket Carrefour Contact at 6 km), restaurant and creperie (with possibility of pancakes to take away) at 300 m, tennis club at 300 m, water sports at 500 m, club famous surf on the beach of Kerou 1 km, stud of Cotonard 2.5 km;
- tourist sites nearby (non-exhaustive list): ports of Pouldu (2 km) and Doëlan (6 km), abbey Saint Maurice (6.5 km), Pont-Aven (21 km), Lorient (25 km) with especially the interceltic festival and the city of sailing Eric Tabarly, Concarneau (36 km) ...
- Hospital, train station and access N 165 (4 lanes Nantes - Brest) 20 minutes, Quimperlé (14 km).

Our house has 4 levels.
Ground floor :
- ping-pong room (table, rackets and balls) with 1 sofa bed,
- equipped laundry (washing machine 9 kg, dryer, iron and ironing board, indoor spreading in addition to the outdoor drying, freezer).

Ground floor :

- bedroom 1 (parental) with 1 double bed,
- bathroom,
- separate WC,
- large double living room (lounge / dining room), bright and welcoming, with wood burning stove, 3 comfortable sofas, solid wood farm table 240 cm long (possibility to add a side table to lengthen it), 2 baby high chairs,
- well equipped open kitchen (large capacity refrigerator, gas cooker with 5 rings and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, robot "mister kitchen" ...), dishes in quantity including wine glasses and champagne flutes.

1st floor :
- 6 bedrooms:
   ° bedroom 2 with 1 double bed,
   ° room 3 (small) with 1 single bed and 1 cot,
   ° bedroom 4 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed,
   ° bedroom 5 with 1 pull-out bed (2 mattresses of the same height) and 1 single bed,
   ° bedroom 6 with 1 bunk bed (2 mattresses of different height), 1 pull-out bed and 1 cot,
   ° room 7 with 1 pull-out bed (2 mattresses of the same height),
- bathroom,
- separate WC.

2nd Floor :
- Games room with TV and DVD player, chairs and sofa, coffee table, 2 single beds,
- bedroom 8 (small) with 1 single bed.

A small walled garden and a terrace go around the house. BBQ facilities and bicycles are available, as well as a table and garden benches.

The garage serves as a place of storage, there is no possibility to get in his car, but we can park without problem just in front of the house, in the street.
It is possible to bring a trailer into the property and store it in the garden, in front of the garage (paved floor).

You can use all the children's games that we leave at your disposal, both indoor (board games, books, comics, DVDs ...) and outside (buckets, shovels and beach rakes, boards, landing nets .. .), as well as an Internet connection (unlimited speed).

Sheets and towels can be provided (for an additional charge).
