Split level townhome offers open living room with vaulted ceilings and is accented with rustic/chic finishes.
Great for families or groups. Sleeps 5. 2bed/2.5 bath. Master bedroom offers queen-sized mattress and upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed and has an attached bathroom with a shower tub.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Patio with umbrella, table and chairs is perfect to sit and enjoy the Colorado sun and weather. Overlooks fenced-in grassy back yard; great space to relax and play yard games. BBQ propane grill available for guests. Propane fire pit located on patio.
Raised garden plot with veggies and herbs; available to guests depending on ripeness.
-Air conditioning!
-Washer/dryer, laundry soap, and drying rack available.
-51" LED flat screen Smart TV with Blu Ray player available in living room. Access your personal Amazon and Netflix accounts via Smart TV. Free WiFi allow guests to stay connected.
-23" Vizio TV (no cable) with Sony DVD player in guest bedroom.
-Work space in master bedroom as well as on kitchen counter.
-Minut Smart Home Noise Monitor is installed in the townhome to help monitor noise levels. This device does not record or listen to conversations and does not store, collect or share personal data. Minut notifies hosts of noise levels above 70 dB. We will contact guests if we are alerted of persistent loud noise. This will help to maintain a relaxing, comfortable environment for our neighbors.

Hello! My name is Brady. My husband, Jake and I are new to hosting and excited for this new adventure. Jake grew up in Carbondale and is in HVAC. He often talks about how much this valley has grown and is a great resource. Ask him anything! I moved to the area in 2012 for nursing school. After graduation I was hired as a nurse in the Operating Room and I love it! I'm thankful to call Carbondale home. We enjoy hiking, biking (mountain and road), snowboarding (me), skiing (Jake), camping, traveling, eating, drinking good beer, and anything Colorado has to offer. We also reside in Carbondale and are available for recommendations and questions, so please let us know if we can do something to help make your vacation more enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
Over the past 2 years, Jake and I have been upgrading the townhome. We have done most everything ourselves and take pride in our fixer-upper. We also have installed AC in the townhome, which we believe you will thoroughly enjoy on a hot summer day. There is a beautiful glimpse of Red Hill through the kitchen window and you can see Mt. Sopris from the street. The townhome is clean, cozy, and comfortable. We love opening the doors in the evenings and feel the breeze flow through. The patio is a great place to eat meals and socialize with friends and family. What we love mostly about the townhome is the location; we can bike/walk everywhere in Carbondale and we are very close to the grocery store and downtown. We hope you will enjoy and respect the townhome as your own. Enjoy your stay!
