Between Montpellier and Nîmes, in a village in the hinterland, equipped with all amenities, on the edge of scrubland and only 25 km from the Mediterranean, a simple and pleasant house to land, cool off, relax to the sound of cicadas !

Cozy house with tree-lined garden and salt pool, gentle on the skin and requiring little maintenance. The shaded terrace is an invitation to relax and enjoy the barbecue.
The calm of the surrounding countryside, the possibility of going for a walk without taking the car, by bike or on foot, sportspeople and nature lovers will find their happiness there.

Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
On the ground floor, bathroom, lounge area, fitted kitchen which overlooks the shaded terrace with BBQ and the swimming pool.
The children's rooms are equipped with a double bed.
Possibility of an additional bed (new BZ) on the laundry side.

Private parking for 2 cars.
On the parking side, there is a tenant who has his own apartment and no access to the accommodation in the garden and the swimming pool that you rent.
