Noirmoutier, Le Vieil, holiday home 350 m from Mardi Gras beach.
Family house of 150 m2 quietly located 350 meters from the beach, 700 m from the charming center of Vieil and 2km from Noirmoutier. Facing west on a closed ground of 600 square meters, the house on one level is perfect to accommodate 7 to 8 people.
It consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen and open, the latter is fully equipped. A small closed TV lounge is attached to the living room. The night part is composed of 3 rooms: A parental suite with a bed of 160 and a room of bath, a room with a bed of 140 and a bed of 90 and a room with a bed of 160. A bathroom and separate toilet.
A scullery is equipped with a worktop with sink, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a second refrigerator.
Outside you can enjoy a large wooden terrace with deckchair, table.
Guests can also enjoy a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue.
A location in front of the house allows to park 3 vehicles.
In the case of large families, we have the possibility to add in addition to renting a studio (kitchen, shower) to sleep 4 teenagers.
