Welcome to the Downtown Bungalow! This freshly renovated space has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Oldest City. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, spacious bedroom, and full bathroom.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind. Prop your feet up on the sofa chaise while binging your favorite Netflix show on the large smart tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, making it perfect for a traveling family or small group. Extra sheets and pillows are provided to make it a comfortable spot to sleep. For those traveling in town for work, the perfect work station is ready for you.
Take in all the beautiful natural Florida sunshine through the large windows. The abundant natural lighting provided in the home makes you bright and cheery.
Wanting to save a few bucks and cook at home? We've got your basics covered! The kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware and more! Don't forget the coffee pot and complimentary coffee to get your first morning started right. :)
You'll be sure to get a good night's rest on the new queen memory foam bed. Tuck away all your belongings in the spacious closet or dresser drawers, making you feel more at home and organized. The bedroom also holds a cozy sitting area for relaxing as you get ready for the day.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
