Our group had a great stay in this comfortable, quiet home in rural southern Vermont. The location is off the beaten path and also close to town, restaurants, etc. The house is well stocked and easy to relax in. I highly recommend this property to groups who need a lot of room to spread out and sleep.
The kitchen was well stocked for putting together meals for large groups. Nice open floor plan so it felt like we were always hanging out together. Overall good experience and the host was very responsive.
A perfect summer weekend with family. The house is nicely suited for our annual family reunion, and we're looking forward to returning. Thanks Andrew - 5-stars once again...
The property was beautiful and worked well for our family group. Andrew was very responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! The host was very responsive to all our questions. There are shovels in the garage, and a plow came by and cleared out the driveway which was great as we only had to dig out our cars. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked.
This home is great, with lots of space for a large group that allows for everyone to either be together or have some time alone when needed. The kitchen is setup nicely, making it easy to cook dinners for a big group. The space is perfect and Andrew was very easy to communicate with!
Thanks again for letting our family take over your terrific lodge for the weekend! As always - we appreciated the large commercial kitchen for family meals, the lawns for games, fire pit for s'mores and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Everything was perfect (again) and we truly appreciate this excellent accommodation.
This property was perfect for multiple families to stay at. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, there was a great kitchen for us all to eat and hang out. It was well stocked and prepped for our arrival, and there were games and some toys and books for kids which was awesome.
The property was just what we were looking for. Andrew and Sarah are amazing hosts. Nice, roomy property for our large group! Everything you need for a large family group. Highly recommend!
3 familes (6 adults, 7 kids) and a small dog for the weekend. Kitchen and eating/hang spaces were great. Beds for everyone and tons of bathrooms. Great communication with host. Perfect rental for skiing @ Mt. Snow!
Thanks again Andrew - once again, the property was perfect for our annual family reunion. The kitchen is large and nicely equipped for family meals, and lots of sleeping spaces for us all. Outdoor fire pit and lawn space is a real bonus. Looking forward to next year!
This house was wonderful! We had babies , toddlers , kids, parents and grandparents and everyone was comfortable. Great fireplace and family area plus beds for everyone! The kitchen was amazing! The owners were so nice , helpful and accommodating! My family and I highly recommend it!
Our large group had a good amount of space and was comfortable. Great kitchen. Could use some updating here and there, but overall, the house served us well.
Had a lovely stay at Andrew’s place. The kitchen and living/dining areas are perfect for a large group. House was big, with a lovely wood burning fireplace. Andrew was a very attentive and helpful host. Thank you again
We were a group of families skiing at Mt Snow. This house is a perfect base for all your group skiing adventures. A big wel stocked kitchen, large living space with a fireplace, ping pong for the kids. Andrew was very responsive to every question.

Great for a ski weekend!
This place was well equipped and the kitchen and living room were great places to hang out. Game room too was awesome. The bedrooms were fine, don’t need luxury for a ski weekend. The bathrooms were the only thing that left something to be desired. A deep clean or facelift and new towels would go a long way! We enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great price and location!
This house was perfect for our stay. The bed arrangements in each room worked out perfectly for our needs plus the beds were super comfy.
The living room and kitchen worked out well for our group. Everyone had a seat at the table or by the fire. No complaints from anyone. We hope to book this house again next year.

About the host
Hosted by Andrew
We live in New Jersey, but moved from California in 2006. We missed the mountains so much we purchased a place in Vermont. It's been a great place for us to relax and catch our breath. We have a large extended family. The six bedrooms, five baths give everyone plenty of room for a great gathering. The 12 acres gives everyone a great escape from the family gatherings! ;)
Why they chose this property
If you are looking to have a lot of fun, but also want the opportunity to relax, this is the place. Best with a large group who like to cook and entertain.
What makes this property unique
Large flat yard, great for kids. Ring the bell, call the kids back for dinner.
