We rented both the Cottage and the Farmhouse for a total of 12 people. The location is great: close enough to everything we would want or need, but a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Both the Cottage and the Farmhouse were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We stayed here previously and we hope to stay there whenever we are in the area!

We had a wonderful stay! We booked this VRBO for the Fourth of July to get our two little dogs away from the fireworks, and it was exactly what we needed. We really appreciated that it's pet-friendly and that they welcomed us for just one night at a very fair price. Our girls were able to relax and sleep peacefully, and we're so grateful. Highly recommend!

Very nice clean cottage. Everything was perfect and very well throughout! Peaceful location away from the noise of the city, yet close enough 5 minutes to shopping and dining. Highly recommend, everything you need is included.

Convenient location (about 2 miles) from Chico State. Relaxing, quiet area with hundreds of walnut trees outside your back door, nice little sitting area outside.

The cottage was absolutely charming! It was tastefully decorated with ample space to spread out. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly when I had a question, and were very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and there are clear instructions provided for appliances, locks, checkout, etc. If you want to be walking distance from downtown Chico, this is not the place for you but it’s an excellent option if you want a quiet, relaxing space a short drive from downtown Chico.

We had a nice last minute stay with our dog. Was dark on arrival but good directions where to park and how to access were provided.

We are confused about receiving a 4 star review from Tracy especially because we left exterior and interior lights on for her when we heard she would be arriving late. Due to our orchard location, it can be dark around the property especially after sunset! Most guests enjoy that we don't have city lights or neighborhood lights at night. The country atmosphere isn’t for everyone I guess.
