Welcome to the famed Kiahuna Plantation Resort, located on the very desirable Poipu Beach. The Kiahuna sits on 35 acres of lush, tropical gardens, with orchids and lily ponds and boasts an expansive beachfront lawn surrounded by palm trees. The beach is a short stroll from our unit, #414, and is ideal for swimming and all water activities. The Kiahuna is the only beachfront condominium full resort in Poipu.........it's the best location in the best-weather area of Kauai. Numerous guidebooks, The Travel Channel, Conde Nast, etc, rate Poipu among the top beach destinations worldwide.

***We are implementing Hawaii Tourism official guidelines from CDC regarding cleanliness and guest safety. All guests are entering the condo that has been thoroughly, professionally cleaned and vacant for 24 hours prior to guest arrival.

Our condo is on the top floor,so sitting on the lanai you can lounge in total privacy,(no one can walk in front of you) and overlook treetops and the Partial Ocean View. (See photo). From here, enjoy the sight of blue water, sunrises and sunsets......enjoy coffee or cocktails with the ever-changing panorama of the Pacific right before you.

High ceilings, and wide sliding glass doors to the lanai contribute to an open, airy feel. The Lonely Planet Guide states that 'top floor condos are best at the Kiahuna'.

This condo is a one bedroom (king) plus pull-out sofa bed in the living room, maximum of 4 guests. Complete and newly remodeled kitchen, tile entry. Full bath, remodeled tile shower, with separate vanity area. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to the top floor ( no elevators) …..but the top floor has the spectacular views! We are in building 40.

Right across the road, you will find the Athletic Club , tennis complex and swimming pool, --a three minute walk. Not all condo owners are members of this facility, but we are, so we can offer these amenities to our guests.
Also on the grounds -- the well-regarded Plantation Gardens restaurant. And the highly professional, gracious management company, right on site, will issue your keys and answer all questions, helping to make your stay a joy.They are avaiable for you 24/7. There is free wi-fi, free parking, and barbecues available for guests. The condo has a DVD player, and 2 flat screen tvs. This very desirable view unit is quiet and next to open space. We welcome your questions and respond promptly.

This condo has it all! The entire condo is spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, eating area and living room. The view from the deck is a great partial ocean view. Very serene. The condo had all the beach tools we needed - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The resort is large but quiet. It is beach side with a large grassy area for enjoying the ocean view or for children and adults to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as it was described. We particularly loved that the AC worked great and that there were ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. There were also 2 tower fans that helped a lot too. Ice maker worked great and we appreciated the Brita for water. The variety of beach gear was great, but we particularly appreciated the cooler. The kitchen could've used a few cooking basics (i.e. salt/pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Overall, we had a great stay and could not recommend this property enough. We'd certainly stay here again.

Highlights of the property: great location, walkable to several local beaches, the bed was very comfortable and AC worked well, the beach amenities were nice to have, felt safe, great balcony viewsWe did find a cockroach in the bathroom, but they were spraying for pest prevention during our stay. One of the beach chairs and snorkel sets were broken. The host is very responsive and very friendly!

Absolutely love the condo! Very walkable area beautiful beach and the athletic club is just a short walk away. The Marshalls were great hosts and it was a wonderful stay.

The one bedroom unit we stayed 2 weeks in is fantastic, well equipped with all necessary cooking and beach equipment. The hosts are very nice. Kiahuna Plantation is very beautiful and the staff quite friendly, the fitness facility is awesome as is the pool. We love swimming and bogie boarding and sitting on the beach. Everything is top notch!

We are a retired couple living near San Francisco. We had been looking for the perfect place with a real island feel, and found Kauai to be far more tropical and picturesque than any of the other islands. . When we saw this condominium with a partial ocean view had come on the market, we bought it right away. We vacation here ourselves, several times per year, and take pride in keeping it attractive and comfortable. We are now seeing returning visitors, so we know we're providing a desirable vacation experience.

Why they chose this property

For your special vacation, a partial ocean view is a considerable plus! Sitting on the lanai, dining or relaxing, we wanted guests to see the ocean, not just a garden view.
And the top floor condos have high ceilings, allowing more ocean breeze and a greater feeling of spaciousness. Remodeled kitchen and bath, updated furnishings, and our constant attention to each guest’s enjoyment has given us 12 years of 4 and 5 star ratings. We’ve added AC to enhance guest comfort ( not all condos in this location have AC).

What makes this property unique

Partial ocean view! Top floor! Stroll to beach, pool, fitness, tennis, shops and restaurants. We have an on site, fully staffed front desk for check in and a dedicated maintenance staff at this resort. If you have any issues or questions, they will get addressed immediately. Plus, every guest will have my cell phone number, so getting questions or assistance is just a text away.
