Family House by the Sea

The house is located between Trévignon and Port Manec, ideally located in a very quiet hamlet for holidays with family or friends.
The beach is accessible on foot from a path. Many hiking trails including the GR34 leave from the house.

The house built in 1980 is being renovated. Little by little, we are redecorating this accommodation which will welcome you for a unique holiday.
A large fitted kitchen with direct access to the outside will allow you to take full advantage of the terrace. The living room is very bright and also has direct access to the garden. The whole offers you a living space of more than 50m2.
A large entrance facilitates your navigation in the heart of the house: it distributes the living space, the stairs to the first floor, the cellar where you will find the lingerie, and finally the sleeping area which consists of two bedrooms (one bed 140 and a 160 bed), a bathroom and separate toilet. This bathroom and toilet are still vintage with beautiful pink porcelain.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (twice two 90 cm beds), a bathroom (brand new) equipped with toilets.

Outside, a barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors. A swing, hammock, table football and outdoor games are also available for children.

The house does not have a TV but we have a DVD player and DVDs. It is also possible to connect a hard drive. WiFi is available.

There are many books, comics, board games, toys available.

The bedrooms are large enough to add mattresses if necessary (an additional mattress will be available as well as a small inflatable mattress)

Our cat and our chickens will stay on site and share your vacation. The cat may only have access to the cellar and the chickens live in the garden.
