Champagne Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located on the North Coast of Grand Cayman. This property has breathtaking unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea. This vacation home offers an excellent snorkeling spot where you will find amazing vibrant sea life at the coral reef, which is a short snorkel swim from shore. The beach offers long walks in either direction with plenty of white sand beach. Only a short distance from the Rum Point Club and Rail Sail Sports where you will find all water sports/activities. Just think no planes roaring overhead, sirens, train whistles or traffic, just the sea calling. Sliding glass door open to the pool from living area and master suite and just a few short steps to the beach and ocean

Perfect vacation with our family, including three grandchildren at Champagne Sunrise. The house is beautiful and location near Rum point ideal. Enjoyed the pool, beach, kayaking, and snorkeling. Thanks for the use of the snorkeling gear! We plan to return soon with other family members.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The snorkel gear that is there was used everyday and very much appreciated.There was no extras backups for paper towels, also the propane tank was nearly empty. When we requested the new propane tank and the paper towels they delivered immediately which we appreciated as well. I would say the island is a must for anyone that is invested in goingSnorkeling is amazing.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Property was as advertised. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use some new knives. We enjoyed the pool, snorkeling right off the patio and the proximity to the beach and restaurants at Rum Point.

Beautiful property on the beach looking at the pristine waters and coral reef! Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything working, and properly decorated for the island vibe for vacation! Nice size pool or swim out to coral reef to snorkel. I travel often and my high expectations were met; I would stay again in the future.

The house is beautiful, spacious & has everything you need! We loved the location. Great snorkeling in your back yard, close to Starfish point and Kaibo Beach restaurant. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Perfect home for our family

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6. The weather was absolutely beautiful so we were able to really enjoy the pool, beach, and snorkeling right from the house. We got one visit from Kitty Kai and put out some food found in the house for her. We had one problem that was beyond anyone’s control and was responded to quickly. We didn’t want to leave.

Family and Fun!!!

Beautiful view was a backdrop to loads of fun in the pool, on the beach, and in the house. Peace and quiet allowed us to enjoy our stay with our grandchildren and children without interruption. At nights we played games. We drove to Georgetown, East End, and Seven Mile beach for different adventures and dinning experiences. Overall 5/5.

Wonderful!

We love the North side/Rum point area of Cayman. It is relaxing and a bit quieter than 7 mile beach. Right outside the door of this home is beach snorkeling, kayaking and a private pool with plenty of lounges, chairs & a table for dining. The home has a large open kitchen/dining/living area- great for our family to hang out! This home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there is a good selection of games/activities. Superb! We hope to return!

Wonderful property for a family ! Great location

The atmosphere of the house truly makes you feel like it's yours. The neighborhood is low key and quiet.but there are lots of activities available "right out your door" our family members were never bored or lacked activity with the pool and sea right out the door. Restaurants were walking distance or short drive. We found out that most boat tours and water taxi pick you up down the road. Also the island bus route goes right past the house.

Beautiful setting, but noisy nextdoor construction

The house was great, the location was convenient to groceries and activities, and the view is amazing! The home construction nextdoor began each day early morning and went until late night. I assume that eventually the properties will be divided by a better privacy fence and, of course, construction will be complete.

Home away from home!

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed at Champagne Sunrise in April and overall, was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We have been to Cayman many times over the last 30 years but have never stayed near Rum Point. Very quiet compared to the busyness of SMB. The home was very spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The sandy beach was beautiful with great snorkeling and kayaking. Communication with the host was responsive and they were very accommodating to our special needs. We had a minor issue and the host was quick to resolve. Overall, Champagne Sunrise was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayman, Highly recommend!
