This gorgeous newly built vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, family and flex rooms.

There is plenty of outdoor space. The property is on an acre of land, surrounded by beautiful oak trees with hanging moss. Outdoors features a rose flower garden, conversation seating area, swing, hammock, fire pit/seating, and grill. Amenities include outdoor games, bikes, and movie theatre.

Enjoy the Georgia coast beaches and take a day trip to Savannah and
Tybee, Sea, St Simon, Jekyll, Cumberland and Amelia Islands. Drive time is less than an hour.

THE BOAT HOUSE

We enjoyed our stay at the boat house. It was located in a nice quiet area. The house was clean and well decorated. When we arrived, we found a welcome pillow, drinks, a smores kit and an information packet. The host was thoughtful and kind.

Easy access

The home was great. Only 5 minutes from boat dock. The only problem we had was we had no parking for the boat. Other than that everything was great.

Perfect accomodations for what we needed.

My family and I found this place when we had an issue with a previous booking a week before our vacation. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier that our first booking feel through and we found this gem. The host was quick, responsive, and friendly with all communications. The house was clean and they provided some unexpected touches such as toiletries, vacation brochures, and personal recommendations, which only made our stay that much better. We traveled to the beach during the day and were able to come back and relax in the hammock by the afternoon, then sit next to the fire pit in the late evening. Enough room in the house and property for the kids to play where you can keep an eye on them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of storage space in each of the bedrooms for an extended stay. I'm not sure when we will be visiting the area again, but when we do I will definitely be looking to see if this place is available. 100% recommended

Perfect House

The house was perfect for what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host left us some sweet juicy peaches to snack on. They were delicious! There were games to keep us entertained. Beautiful house!

The Property Is Spacious And Beautifully Decorated With Coastal Decor Which Is Nestled On Colonel’s Island Marsh Land. And The Host Spruced The Holidays With Scrumptious New Orlean Style Cooking Along With Soothing Foot Reflexology Which Is Part Of The Boat House’ Charm.

Great little hide-away

We had a great time enjoying this little gem of a hide-away. It was well-equipped with plenty of activities to keep both the children and adults busy throughout our stay. We were only an hour away from St. Simons Island. The owners were very hospitable, leaving treats for us to enjoy during our stay. We highly recommend you stay here!

Great Home

The house was perfect. We were on our annual family vacation. Our family came from several areas and had 3 different homes and I must say this was the best home. There was plenty of room and activities at the house for us to do. The location was a little far from the rest but we didn't mind. Our host was fantastic. She had a welcome basket, drinks and a package with alot of good information. Like where to find blue crabs 😊The only thing we felt bad about is we could not find the outside trash can and had to put the trash bags out back and since we shopped and eat in alot due to COVID 19 we had alot of bags. But I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Thank you Hope for being a great host and opening your home up to us.

Perfect quiet little home

The Boat House is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from I-95. It was perfect for my family and close enough to everything we needed.

The house said there were 8 beds and we got there and it was only two. We could not get ahold of contact and we had to wait 3 hours to check in
