We really enjoyed out stay at this apartment. It's clean, spacious, well appointed and conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from old town. Great host too.

The apartment was lovely very clean everything you need to cook also there was a washing machine if needed !! coffee machine the only thing I would have liked is a microwave because my husband needs a new knee so after we had been out all day we didn't want to go out to eat because unfortunately there wasn't a restaurant near for us !! So we either ate out in the day or went Lidl round the corner (very close) and got some food to cook. Great communication with the owner and Christel who met us on arrival to go through everything.

The apartment was very clean and we found the area to be safe. We parked in the Parking Jean Bouin garage a couple blocks down the street and purchased a 15 day parking pass for 99 euros . Our suggestions include provding guests with instructions regarding the air conditioning unit, washer/dryer, and cooktop. We looked up the models on the internet to find instructions. Also, we do not think the pots and fry pans are correct for the induction cooktop since they took a long time to heat. Overall, we rank this apartment high in our VRBO experiences.

Lovely stay in Nice

The apartment is situated in a central area in a traditional building near an easy to find landmark. The apartment owner was great at keeping in touch from the very start of our booking and very obliging. The apartment is comfortable with air conditioning in one room and a fan in another. There was some noise from the occasional traffic and binmen during the night on the side road but not enough to disturb you.

In my opinion, the best option in Nice. The apartment has air conditioning, heater, washing machine and dishwasher, excellent kitchen and very, very clean. Friendly host Stephan, who is always in touch and answered all questions. Punctual service - employee Florina was happy to show and tell everything about the apartment. Close to shop and 5 minute walk to tram. I recommend!

Terrific apartment and brilliant host

We spent a week at this apartment over New Year. Communication with the host, Stephan, was perfect. He gave us clear details on how to access the apartment (thank you to Christelle who welcomed us so warmly) and offered lots of tips and recommendations for places to eat and visit. These tips really enhanced our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well designed and very spacious for two people. We loved having the kitchen/dining space, as well as a comfortable sitting area and even a pretty balcony.A good shower, comfortable bed and lots of storage made the flat feel very homely for a whole week. Extra bonuses of dishwasher and washing machine were really useful too.The apartment is on a one way street and has terrific double glazed windows - this means it was very quiet and peaceful, even though it was a very short walk to central areas such as Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin. Supermarkets and transport links are very close, and we loved to walk through the Promenade du Paillon to the Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family and hope to return one day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Nous étions 2 adultes et un adolescent. Il y avait toutes les commodités. Ultra propre. Près des épiceries, autobus, tram et pas très loin à pied des secteurs à visiter. L'hôte fut exceptionnel. Suggestions, trajets, toujours disponible et s'assurait que nous manquions de rien. Vraiment un 5 étoiles!
