Luxurious apartment (200 m²) located by the sea in a chic and quiet area of Elviria, on the ground floor of the Golden Beach Resort, comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an entrance hall and a night hall, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining room, a screened entrance hall, a laundry area (with washing machine and dryer), a large fully fenced terrace with direct access to a superb subtropical garden.

The apartment has been completely restored and refurbished in 2014 by previous owners to a high standard to allow you to be welcomed at home. We intend to pursue the same welcoming policy as that which they have developed in recent years. We invite you to consult the reviews left by previous tenants (at the address: https: // www. All our rentals are fully equipped with sheets, towels and beach towels.

The apartment is ideal for a vacation for beach lovers, with one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Marbella just 50 meters on foot.

The apartment has air conditioning / heating, large screen TV, internet access and wifi. It is equipped with a folding baby bed as well as a baby high chair and a young child high chair.

In the secure complex, you will have two large swimming pools, a children's pool and a very beautiful garden with trees and flowers.

Nearby you will find good restaurants, bars, a wellness area and beach entertainment, water sports, children's playgrounds ...

Within a short drive you will find numerous golf and tennis courts, banks, supermarkets etc.

If you have a little more time, you can visit the white villages, Malaga, Cadiz, Granada, Cordoba or Seville.

We loved the size and aesthetics of place and gorgeous landscaping surrounding. A short walk to beach was marvelous and having a unique restaurant on the beach was very helpful. The area was very quiet so we enjoyed sitting outside in the patio every day for breakfast. We definitely would like to return.

We stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks as a family of 5. This accommodation is immaculate, spacious, full of natural light, and literally right across the street from the beach. The property grounds are well maintained with two community pools and pristine gardens. It truly became a home away from home for us and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay. The apartment really is equipped with everything you could possibly need. A real home away from home. The owners have fantastic taste and the apartment is well presented with beautiful furnishings. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is so spacious. The area is quiet and there's plenty of street parking. Communication was great with the friendly owners and helpful Paul who did the handover at either end of our stay. Amazing stay in a great appartment!

Super nice large Appartment close to beach and several restaurants. The owners and the local agent were great; accommodated us with one extra night stay due to cancelled flight. Also very good communication and flexible. We were 3 couple Friends for 10 days and we had a fantastic stay.

Amazing holiday

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were met by the property manager who was super helpful. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and spacious. The facilities on site were fab, our daughters loved the pool and the short walk to the beach made it just perfect. We would love to come back

Wow, what a great flat on best beach

These is a perfect flat in a wonderful green area: 2 pools ( in one you can swim sportively). Very clean, very quiete. The flat has great design furnitures and all you need. Beaches very close and really wonderful beaches. We will come again

Superb apartment

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely apartment. It’s really huge and confortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the beds are very good and the terrace very nice at night. The swimming pool is wonderful for kids and the beach is 1 minute walk. We took 2 cars from Madrid, parking is easy unless sometimes, but never took more than 5 minutes to park. We have rent many places in the area and this was the best overall. Thank you very much for everything

Prachtig ruim appartement in een soort complex met andere appartementen. Het gehele complex is heel fraai gebouwd met een schitterende binnentuin voorzien van een zwembad. Het appartement ligt naast het strand. De ruimtes zijn groot, zowel de masterbedroom als woonkamer en keuken zijn ruim.

Wir sind zu 6. (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) für 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung gewesen und es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super schön und hervorragend ausgestattet die Poolanlage und der fußläufige Strand ebenfalls ganz toll. Die Kommunikation vorab als auch vor Ort mit Paul verlief absolut reibungslos und sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder.

Wundervoll. Eine wunderschöne grosse Wohnung, die mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann ausgestattet ist. Die Gastgeber Nadine und Philippe waren außerordentlich großzügig und hinterließen uns in der Küche ein Willkommenspaket mit allerlei leckeren Dingen, herzlichen Dank nochmals. Die drei Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren sehr gross, so dass man mit 6 Personen locker dort wohnen kann, eine schöne Terrasse rundete das Bild ab. Ich als Hobbyköchin war begeistert von der Ausstattung der Küche, was ich so noch in keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt habe. Zum Strand waren es keine 5 Minuten zu laufen, was einfach herrlich war. Es sollte also keinen verwundern, dass wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ach, das wollen wir nicht vergessen, die Kommunikation mit Paul, der uns empfing und die Schlüssel brachte, war außerordentlich freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke für eine tolle Woche.

Magnifique Séjour!

Superbe appartement dans lequel on se sent bien, il est propre, spacieux, lumineux et bien décoré. La residence est elle-même fort agréable: grandes piscines, propres, verdoyante. La plage est littéralement en face de la residence, donc un grand plus pour les amateurs de farniente. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Beautiful apartment and great location

We had a lovely holiday at the Golden Beach Apartment. We nearly didn’t come because of COVID and the quarantine on return to the UK. But we are so glad we did. Nadine and Philippe have been so pleasant to talk to as we had lots of uncertainty about travelling. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of utensils and plates ect. We we’re able to cook one evening with friends and sit out at the extended table on the patio. Location is perfect for the beach and very good restaurants. We have been coming to Elvira for over 20 years and would highly recommend staying at this apartment. We hope to be back another year. Many thanks
