Contemporary villa with pool

Contemporary villa, dating from 2017, located in Tonnay-Charente in subdivision. The town has all the amenities (supermarket, gas station, bakeries, and other shops, park with trees, fitness trail, children's playground and lake).
We are 10 minutes from Rochefort where you can visit the Hermione, Corderie Royale, 15 minutes from Fouras, 20 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 40 minutes from the island of Ré, 30 minutes from the sea. Madame island and 40 minutes from the island of Oléron. Tonnay-Charente enjoys a central position among the many tourist sites of the region.

The house is 125 m2 on a plot of 1000m2 with swimming pool, terrace of 70m2 and playground for children. It consists of:
- a large living room of 60 m2 with living room and living room with a square table that can accommodate from 8 to 10 people,
- a kitchen communicating with the living room through a bar and a sliding canopy,

The living room, the kitchen and the master suite overlook the terrace and the pool through beautiful windows.

The TERRACE can accommodate you for all the friendly moments feet in the water and / or around a barbecue: a garden, an outdoor table 6 seats + possibility of adding a second table with 6 other chairs.

The SWIMMING POOL is secured by an integral shutter locked with key. No accidents can happen when the shutter is closed, which allows to enjoy the terrace safely, during meals or other. It measures 8mx4.2m and consists of two depths: a platform at 1.10m and another platform at 1.40m depth. An indoor bench will allow you to relax in the pool.

A PLAYGROUND is in the garden and is visible from the kitchen, the living room and the master suite, so that young and old play safely.

This is our main house, so it has all the equipment for everyday life (big and small appliances, dishes, television, wifi, turntable, beer shooter, barbecue, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, ...). A room will be dedicated to our belongings, as well as the garage.
For the kids' enjoyment, our 2 year old son will leave toys for good care.

Baby equipment will be available: high chair, crib.

Blankets and duvets will be provided.
