Relaxing spacious house. Great Location!
Spacious, charming, updated house with a relaxing backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located between white sandy beaches and beautiful waterfront downtown Saint Petersburg. Our house is perfect for people who enjoy a sunny day at the beach and a fun night out in the city. It has 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an extra room for storage. It also has a luminous kitchen that opens to the backyard with a grill and chairs and a laundry room with washer and dryer. From our house you can walk or bike to coffee shops, pharmacies and restaurants. You can also bike along the Pinellas Trail and get to downtown Saint Pete in under 30 minutes!

Hello travelers, we bought this house with the dream of sharing a piece of this paradise with you. Apart from the fantastic weather and natural beauty, Florida offers a laid back lifestyle that traps many who are searching for a quieter and enjoyable life. We love the beach and outdoor sports and we hope you really enjoy your stay in Saint Pete.
Why they chose this property
Our house is located in the heart of Saint Pete, very close to the beach and also a straight shot to downtown with a great variety of dining options and fun for all ages. The neighborhood is biking friendly and there are several shops within walking distance. Tyrone Mall is 5 minutes away by car, it is the only mall in the city and has lots of renowned brands and also a variety of restaurants.
What makes this property unique
It is a quiet neighborhood, our house is beautiful and very spacious. The location is perfect for friends and families who want to enjoy different attractions in this area. The beach is only 8 minutes away by car, the city center is located 4.5 miles down the street, you don't even have to turn! My house also has an easy access to US 275 if you want to explore Tampa and its attractions.
