PRETTY RECENT SUNNY VILLA of 90 m². Max. 6 people No pets allowed. Non-smoking house. Private parking space in front of the house.

Ground floor: Living room / lounge (about 40 m²) with 120cm LED TV, equipped kitchen (2 gas hobs, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), separate WC.

FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and cupboards, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and cupboards, 1 bedroom with 1 BZ (140x190) and cupboards, bathroom (walk-in shower + vanity unit) , new, built in 2019), separate WC.

LAUNDRY with washing machine. Tile in all rooms.

TERRACE tiled (large umbrella, barbecue, garden furniture)
