Premium 2 Bedroom/2 Bath ocean front condo with amazing ocean views and the best location in Central Maui (half way between Lahaina and Kihei). Enjoy the best views of Maalaea Bay from your large, private Lanai -- see the whales jumping, and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets without ever leaving your condo.

The only thing between this unit and the ocean is the pool and grassy lawn for lounging. Let the waves lull you to sleep every evening in the master bedroom king size bed, and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from not only the living room, but your bed as well! Watch the turtles and whales play from your lanai, or see them up close from the sea wall below.

Just renovated, this condo is like new! Features include new cabinets, flooring, appliances, bathrooms, and AC units. Don't miss out on staying at your new home away from home!

Generally the trade winds keep you cool and comfortable, but each room has a ceiling fan and new air conditioning unit for the days that the winds die down. The condo has free Wi-Fi for guests, and there is a full size front load washer and dryer in the unit. Elevator Access to the unit is available. Gas BBQ grills are available poolside.

A general store & deli, surf shop & rentals, restaurants, Pacific Whale Foundation and Maalaea Harbor are just a short walk away. Located nearby, you have easy access to many golf courses, shopping at Lahaina or Kihei , and all that Central Maui has to offer. Located at the north end of Sugar Beach, you are a few short blocks from the longest beach in Maui.

Location was logistically convenient for day trips. You do need to drive for dining options. Whale watching from the deck was awesome. View from front bedroom was also excellent.

Amazing view right on the water!

We stayed in this condo for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. This is a beautiful condo that has just been remodeled from top to bottom with modern upgrades. The beds are super comfortable. The unit has air conditioning but we rarely used it because the trade winds were always blowing and fans they installed kept it a perfect temperature. The couch on the lanai is a very nice touch. We spent a lot of time eating our meals out there. The full size washer and dryer made it so convenient to do laundry. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking utensils needed. The welcome basket of chocolates, wine, Maui chips and fresh fruit were such a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to get in touch with.

This place was fantastic. The only comment I may have is that the patio window should have a roll-up shading blind to protect from the sun, and perhaps there should be two sets of squeegie's for the showers.
