In the heart of a beautiful garden and fenced with parking for 2 cars, the villa includes:
- 2 independent living rooms, TV, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), fully equipped kitchen, laundry and storeroom
- Air conditionning on the 1st floor : 3 bedrooms and 1 living room
- Pool with pool house and outdoor shower, BBQ, petanque and ping-pong table
- Multiple terraces
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach (Club nautique) and the port of Issambres from where you can take the shuttles to St Tropez
Close to downtown San Peire with its beautiful beach and its many shops and restaurants

The obligatory cleaning fee of 250€ and the optional "Linen" (Bed, Toilet and Kitchen) of 30€ / room - To be paid upon arrival.

The deposit will be returned within 15 days of your departure.
The number of persons indicated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded in any case.

A wonderful and nice house

We have enjoyed your time in the very nice house. Very nice pool, very nice garden, very nicely decorated house with many loving details. Unfortunately, the agency was not well organized on arrival and departure, the pool was not cleaned and there was no briefing. At departure, the handover was unfortunately also a mess. However, the Agency staff were friendly.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Woche auf dem Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, das spiegelt sich nicht nur im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus wieder sondern auch im sehr schön angelegten Außen erwisch.

Traumurlaub in einem tollen, großen Haus mit Pool, zwei Terrassen zum Relaxen und Essen.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sehr gepflegter Außenbereich. Die Matratzen sind super- wir haben noch nie so gut in unseren Urlauben geschlafen. Die Kinder haben den Pool täglich genutzt. Die Boule-Bahn war für uns alle ein Highlight.

Très mauvaise appréciation de l'intermédiation du service de conciergerie . Pas d'inventaire ni d'état des lieux véritable .. rétention de trousseau de clefs , retard pénalisant pour la visite finale , rétention du chèque de caution dans l'attente du contrôle effectué par le service du ménage après mon départ ..! !!!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en profitant de la piscine (bien entretenue), des espaces jardins et de la table de ping-pong. La maison était très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée ainsi que de la bouteille de rosé d'accueil !

Maison parfaitement jolie correspond bien aux photos. Meublé avec très bon goût, tout était parfait.

JE TROUVE ABSOLUMENT SCANDALEUX LA POLITIQUE DE ABRITEL DE GARDER LA CAUTION 3 SEMAINES AVANT ET 3-4 SEMAINES APRES LA LOCATION. Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Der Urlaub hat Spaß gemacht. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit stilvollen Zimmern und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Entpanntes Sportprogramm mit Bouleplatz, Tischtennis und gemütlichem Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
