Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.

NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes."
