Heaven on Eleven - The perfect beach getaway

This property is just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It's located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach just off A1A-Beach Boulevard with nearby restaurants and shops. It's also just a 10-15 minute drive to downtown.
Heaven on Eleven is ideal for a family or a small group of friends. This ground floor unit of a 2 story duplex has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, comfortable living/dining area and a kitchen. There's also shady outdoor seating in the backyard for your enjoyment.
One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twins. The kitchen area includes bar seating. If extra sleeping arrangements are needed, the living area has a queen futon (extra charges may apply for more than 4 guests). The stay includes free WiFi, Netflix and DISH Network. There's also 4 bikes for your enjoyment, beach chairs and a beach cart to help carry chairs, toys etc. to the beach.

Quick stay by beach.

Had a couple of nights in town to visit family and enjoyed staying at this nice clean property, quick walking access to the beach, restaurants and stores. Property owner very helpful and attentive.

Destination wedding

We stayed in this spot to have some fun without other family members that were staying altogether in Jacksonville for the wedding which brought us to St. Augustine. We are so happy we did! The best spot, across from coffee place "11", steps away from the beach and all the comfort and privacy we needed! We loved the convenience, it was perfect!

Great Week at St. Augustine Beach

This is a very well cared for property, extremely neat and clean. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, even allowing us to do a weeks worth of laundry (that we arrived with!) using her detergent supply if needed. I have nothing negative to say about this property and hope to return for a longer stay.
