Step into this open-concept, completely remodeled, one-level two-bedroom, one-bath home, designed with your comfort in mind. The beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is perfect for preparing meals.

Immerse yourself in the charm of this delightful beach town, where there's something for everyone. Whether you're into surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, or simply sunbathing, the beach is your playground. And with the Pier Park just a walk away, you can enjoy the Wednesday Farmers Market, Wednesday night Music by The Sea Concert Series, Volleyball, Fishing, Boccie Ball, and a Splash Park at The Pier. Plus, there are great restaurants, shopping spots, and more within walking distance.

Just a few minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine, there is plenty of food, shopping, and tourist sites. The Alligator Farm is also close by and boasts a new zip-lining experience. Historical ghost tours through the old city are always a favorite. Take a sightseeing cruise around the Matanzas Bay or a horse-drawn carriage tour, ride the trolley, climb the St. Augustine lighthouse, and explore the Castillo de San Marcos. We had a great stay! Warm weather and lots of sun! Two suggestions- the primary bedroom needs a new bed and call an exterminator regarding the ants. Otherwise great stay!

This is how my check in went. The description says it had a garage you can park in nope not unless you clean it out. One reason why I booked it. Lady was there doing yard work and was parked in the driveway!! She moved but instead of leaving she continued her yard work never experienced that before! Ants in the window sill that were dead. Great location just needs a really deep cleaning!!

This was a very nice and simple place to stay at SAB. Very clean in comparison to others we have rented. Great patio, located near pier and several good restaurants. Nice, early established neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This was a great Beach spot for us and our dogs the neighbors were friendly the beach was less than a block away it was nice to have the restaurant so close everyone was very friendly we had a great weekend.

Pleasant surprise in St. Augustine Beach

The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, state park, and restaurants. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and had a lot of great amenities like a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Clean little cottage in the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc, and a quick drive over to St Augustine. Fenced yard was perfect for our pups and the neighbors were lovely. We would definitely rent again.

This little cottage was clean and comfortable. This home could use some new living room furniture. Great location to dinning and the ocean. I had a couple of correspondences with the owner and Marty was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this house because it was close to the beach and allowed our four dogs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was clean except for small dead bugs on all of the window seals and dead bugs behind the couch on the floor. We vacuumed up the dead bugs on the window seal in the living room. I would have given this house a five stars if it wasn't for the dead bugs left in the house. I realize this is Florida and there are lots of bugs but a quick vacuum would have taken care of this. We did enjoy our stay very much and would return to this property.
