Our quiet home is located on the South side of Lake Havasu City. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large family room that opens up to the dining room. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools that are needed. Refrigerator is attached to a water filtering system. The house has a water softener system and washer and dryer are indoors with additional space to hang laundry if needed. All linens are included. Both backyard and front yard have a covered patio with furniture to enjoy the surrounding views.
