Nice house in good location!

We rented this property as a family of four and enjoyed our stay. Initial communications with the owner were promt and detailed which was appreciated. The house is located in a quiet, residential location which suited us well and the islands, La Rochelle and the beaches were close by and plentiful. Generally the house was in good order and well equipped with large TV, Nespress0 (home from home for us) and well laid out kitchen with pretty much everything we needed. Outside there is plenty of space and the use of a weber kettle for bbq's whch we made full use of, despite the weather. Plenty to do around the local area and the aquarium was excellent, especially in the evening when much quieter. The property was largely clean, though kitchen surfaces were in need of a wipe and bbq hadn't been emptied from previous occupancy, as seasoned self catering holidayers it wasn't much to concern us about. Bedrooms, bathrooms were spotless and the outdoor furniture was clean and tidy and ready to use. We'd recommend and happily stay again in Aytre!

Maison confortable et bien située

Belle situation près de La Rochelle et île de Ré. Maison spacieuse et confortable, bien equipée au biveau de la cuisine, buanderie. Jardin agréable avec beaucoup de sièges, tables et barbecue. Voisinage très calme. Nous n'avons pu disposer d'une douche en panne et du garage. Literie confortable mais parfois tachée.

A louer sans hésitation!

C'était parfait!! Que ce soit la propriétaire ou la personne qui nous a accueillie à notre arrivée, nous n'avons rien à ajouter. La maison est très agréable, confortable, pratique et tout à fait adaptée aux enfants et bébés. Le jardin et le barbecue nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments en famille . Le quartier est paisible. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation.

De très bonnes vacances ...

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette grande maison qui correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Les photos et le descriptif de l'annonce sont conformes, les propriétaires et la personne de confiance sur place ont été fort sympathiques et très disponibles. La maison et le jardin sont suffisamment grands pour qu'à huit tout le monde soit à son aise. Maison très bien équipée et très agréable. A recommander sans hésitation.

Un endroit à decouvrir

La rochelle est un coin de France a découvrir, La maison est bien située, à quelques minutes seulement de l'aquarium de la rochelle et de son parking couvert. Nous regrettons juste d'avoir découvert en arrivant que le sèche linge avait été cassé par les locataires precedents, ainsi que la hotte de la cuisine. Ces personnes indélicates avaient meme laissé leurs poubelles et n'avaient pas précisé que l'un d'entre eux avait été malade et avait vomi dans un des lits, ce qui a pris beaucoup plus de temps pour le ménage avant notre entrée dans les lieux. Ménage quotidien d'ailleurs rendu délicat par l'utilisation d'un aspirateur obsolète qui n'aspirait pas... Il est à déplorer que le lit à barreaux n'avait pas été préparé comme demande à notre arrive, encore heureux que nous avions prévu un change au cas où. Les propriétaires ont été très compréhensifs dès lors qu'ils ont été mis au courant de la situation, et nous ont proposé une remise sur le montant du séjour et je les en remercie ici.
