Newer Pacifico condo and beach club

Guest love the location of the condo, and appreciate how well the home is furnished and appointed. The newer, top floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo is available for short and long term rental. Pacifico is an eco community, with beautiful grounds, several pool areas, recreation area with tennis and pickle ball courts, and access to the exclusive and elegant Pacifico Beach Club on the ocean. The pool areas are steps from the condo, and feature a lap pool, meandering pools, whirlpool, and wading pool and splash fountain for children. Enjoy a relaxing day swimming, and relaxing on the chaise lounges, chairs, sheltered by shade umbrellas. There is poolside food and drink service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or order and have meals delivered to your condo. There are ample clean rest rooms at the pool areas. There is an oceanside beach club with infinity pool and cabanas, and restaurant with sunset bar, located 7 minutes from condo. There is a free shuttle to the beach club.

Relax on the condo's large, private balcony overlooking the pool, or grill your favorite meals on the private balcony. Enjoy the open living/dining room. Cook in the open granite kitchen with newer appliances. The well furnished, central air conditioned unit has 2 master suites separated from one another by the living room for privacy. Ideal for couples or groups of adults traveling together or families with children. The unit sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults and two children. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Tours are available to nearby national parks, dive sites, and surfing.

All the facilities are available to our guests. If you dont want to drive, there is a free shuttle, and taxi service is frequent and inexpensive. The condo is located just 25 minutes from Liberia airport. There is security for the condo and the beach club, and parking at both areas is secured. Pacifico has six pools, including a lap pool, 2 river pools, infinity pool, 2 whirlpools, and a children's wading pool and splash fountain. There is food and beverage service at the pool areas.

Dining and shopping: Our Pacifico condo has lovely new retail shopping area closeby, with a gourmet grocery store that has a specialty wine store and bakery, a coffee bar; a pharmacy, an ice cream store, brewpub, clothing stores, a salon and spa, a travel agency for scheduling tours, all within just a few minutes walking distance at Pacifico mall. There are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the condo, specializing in many types of fare.

There are several seafood restaurants, Tapas; also Italian, French, German, American, Steakhouse, Asian and Costa Rican. There are sports bars, wine bars with live entertainment and movies. Pacifico beach club has a dining room and bar as well as pool service, and features sushi and tapas nights as well as live entertainment.

Experiencing nature, wildlife and beaches: Our condo is 10 minutes of four beaches, and within 25-45 minutes of four national parks and wildlife refuges, a waterfall, a volcano and rainforests. Whether snorkeling at the pristeen Ocotal beach or going on a sail, scuba/ snorkel cruise, all are within just 10 minutes of the condo. There are rafting trips/wildlife watching on the Corobici river, or Palo Verde and Rincon de la Vieja National parks. Or take a short trip to the Miravalles volcano, whether by rental car or via a tour. Go to Rincon de la Viejo national park for a day of rafting, tubing, horseback riding, mud baths, and canopy tour. Or drive the Pan American highway toward Bagaces to experience a 50' high waterfall surrounded by ferns, and swim in the natural pool below.
