SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE WITH ITS OWN PARKING

Detached house in the center of Mahón.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor is the hall and its own parking (parking is very difficult in the center). On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a separate kitchen. In the second double bedroom with a complete bathroom en suite, a single bedroom with capacity for two people and another complete bathroom.
The property has a terrace-solarium on the roof with a view over the roofs of Mahón, being able to see the La Mola fortress.
The plants are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase illuminated with windows.
Very bright. All the residences are exterior.
Air conditioning on all floors.
Its exceptional location allows access in minutes to the main attractions, playgrounds and the impressive natural port of Mahón.
The accommodation is equipped with bedding and towels, all kitchen utensils.
It has the following appliances: combi, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron, coffee maker, two 32 "led televisions.
All the comforts to be at home and just a few minutes away from taking a dip in the warm and crystal clear waters of Menorca.

Apart moderne, vieille ville charmante

Propriétaire toujours disponible par téléphone/SMS. Personnel d'accueil très sympa. Apartment moderne (sauf la climatisation, qui fait beaucoup de bruit sur la terrace au toit) . Cuisine : une grande poêle et des couteaux à viande manquaient ! Propre. 2ème chambre un peu serrée pour les 2 lits simples, par contre, mais on a trouvé une solution. Vue charmante au terrace: on voit les toits d'une vieille ville. Très calme la nuit, avec un ciel étoilés ! (nous avons amené un téléscope de voyage). Quelques pas du centre-ville, beaucoup de choix des restaurants (ville et au port en bas). Marché de Nuit le mardi, exceptionnel ! Garage très pratique après une longue journée à la plage ! Il faut des bonnes chaussures de marche, pique-nique, et de l'eau !!! pour accéder aux plages cachés (le top !)

Emplacement central dans Mahon

Le lieu correspond à la description, moderne, lumineux, bien équipé. L'emplacement est ideal pour découvrir la vieille ville. Je note des points qui nous ont gêné : pas de portes dans chambres et trop de lumière le matin. Le wifi à marché deux jours.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à mao dans cette maison moderne avec garage (indispensable !) à deux pas du centre ville Les plages environnantes ne sont qu'à 15' également Belles prestations

Lovely central apartment in Mahon

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Mahon in this centrally located apartment with garage. The host was very quick and efficient to communicate with and very kindly allowed us to stay an extra night despite a quick turn around between guests which we really appreciated! This two-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with air conditioning and a sun lounger on the roof. Only down side was the lack of wifi. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Mahon/Menorca.
