Perfect beach getaway

We had the best week at this property! The location is perfect, it’s just a short bike ride to Seaside. The beach access is just steps away from the back patio. We drank our coffee while looking at the ocean every morning. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk. The property was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed, and it was very easy to communicate with Michael regarding any questions we had. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Stay at The Palms

I grew up vacationing at The Palms in the 1980’s and 90’s. I’ve only been a few times since then. This year my parents and the siblings decided we would return to The Palms and rent condos. We loved our condo. The living area felt open and spacious. I loved the bottom floor location. It was more up to date than the condos my siblings rented.

Beautiful Location

What a wonderful time we had in Seagrove and the condo was the best! The view from the den is outstanding and everything is up to date, just beautiful. Hope to go back soon to Seagrove so can stay here again.

Staying at the Palms at Seagrove was a wonderful experience, great for families and super close to everything. This condo was the absolute best; I can't imagine staying at any other condo! It was very clean, and met all of our needs. Mike was super responsive when we had a question. His restaurant suggestions were terrific! Loved the complimentary chairs too! We've already set out dates for next year! Can't wait! Carrie

Does not get any better than this property. Loved it.

Loved this property. Such a great location. Close to great restaurants. Beautiful beach and access is outstanding. Updated property. Mike the property contact was awesome. Other people staying there were very respectful. Complimentary umbrella and two chairs for the week was a bonus. Pool was great. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful property! To wake in the morning and look out the window at the ocean and waves was the highlight of our visit. Mike was on top of directions and made the check in process a breeze. He was also a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and any needs. We would highly recommend this rental property.

Awesome updates, perfect location and great host

This was our 2nd year visiting Seaside and the Palms at Seagrove development. Based on images online and feedback from others staying in the same development while we were there, this is one of, if not the best units available. It was recently renovated with a great open layout, new floors, huge TVs, stainless steel appliances and modern bathrooms/showers. The main bedroom bed was comfy and the 3 built in bunks were perfect for our kids. The location on the first floor makes it super easy for loading/unloading and you can still easily see the Gulf from the porch. Plus, the kids were able to run around and play in the nice grassy area right off the porch. The beach is literally 50-100 yards away so if you forget anything it's very easy to just run back and grab it. The pool is also super close, just 25 yards out the front door. We rented bikes for the week which I highly recommend. The ride to the town of Seaside is about 10 minutes away. Grocery store is about a 10-15 minute ride as well. It's far enough away from town to get away from the crowds but close enough to still be convenient. Mike, the property manager, is supper responsive and helpful and one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with. You can't go wrong booking this unit!
