We found HomeAway very good for booking our stay in Vilamoura.

Myself and six friends stayed at this apartment in Vilamoura Sep 2019. We enjoyed our stay very much, Perfect location to the Marina and beach, for those not wanting to drive , Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment was very clean and comfortable , also we found it very quiet, for being in a busy street. The owner to , was very helpful, and got back to you quickly if you had any quarries regarding your stay.

Huge apartment, perfect location

Communication with the host was, very good although check-in/ key handovers and any issues were dealt with via someone who lived locally so the process could be a bit clunky. The apartment is brilliant with lots of space, a lovely terrace, access to a great gated pool and close to everything in the resort. The restaurants in the little courtyard below the apartment are all very good too which was a bonus. We would stay there again now we have the benefit of knowing how everything works!

A wonderful apartment in the perfect location

We were staying at Vilamoura for the first time, having visited for the day last year, and wanted something that was close enough to the Marina without the need for hiring a car. The apartment is very spacious and has two terraces, a small one and a large one. The small one is ideal for just watching the hustle and bustle of the world go by, and the large one is perfect for relaxing, dining and drying wet clothes. The apartment is within walking distance of literally everything - the beach, the shops, the marina... everything. The pool was wonderful, with an entry key, so it was for the exclusive use of residents, and it was lovely and quiet, even though we were there in the height of the season. The kitchen is well fitted, with everything you will need, the lounge / dining area is huge, and the bedrooms are very spacious. We chose to use the sofa bed too, so two of our party didn't need to share a room. Having two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower just made everything that bit more simple. There are a couple of televisions, but we didn't use them, and we were able to use the wifi, so the children were all happy! Communication with the owner was very helpful, clear and efficient, so I felt reassured before we arrived. Overall, we were really happy with the place. No need for a car, plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, a wonderful cafe directly opposite, which is really reasonably priced, and plenty of supermarkets within a short distance. All in all, the place was great and I'd certainly book again.
