Welcome to the Carré d'Or, one of the most sought-after districts in Nice. Just a few steps from the sea, the pedestrian street, restaurants, luxury boutiques on Rue Paradis, or the MAMAC, you enjoy a privileged location to discover the city on foot. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are accessible in less than 5 minutes.

LIVING SPACE

From the entrance, you will be seduced by the open volume and natural light that bathe this loft-style studio. The layout has been designed in a refined and contemporary style, with a beautiful fluidity between spaces. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, naturally extends towards a friendly dining area with table and stools. In the background, a discreet sleeping alcove houses a quality double bed, offering a true cocoon of rest. For your moments of relaxation, you will have a television, a DVD player, a stereo system, as well as a high-speed internet connection. All air-conditioned, to guarantee your comfort in all seasons.

BATHROOM

The bathroom, both bold and elegant, is open to the main room and features a design glass shower by Agape, bringing a touch of originality and refinement to the whole.

COOKING

The open stainless steel kitchen, elegant and well-designed, allows you to easily prepare your meals. It is equipped with everything necessary for cooking on site: hobs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils.

TERRACE

The 23 sq m terrace, rare in the city centre, is a true asset. Facing south, clad in Iroko wood and surrounded by greenery, it is fitted with a large dining table and relaxation areas. A perfect spot to have your meals outdoors or relax after a day of exploration.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival

I chose to arrive by air

Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:

The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.

I chose to arrive by train

The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.

I chose to arrive by car

There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• On time
• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
