An ideal setting for your holidays -Located in the secure residence ‘Le Clos de Socorro’, this large, spacious corner house offers all the comforts you need for a holiday with family or friends. You'll enjoy a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms and tree-lined terraces. The residence's communal swimming pool (open from June to September) is ideal for relaxing after a busy day.

A comfortable, well-equipped interior
Ground floor:
- Large, bright airconditioned living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed and air conditioning.
- Shower room with WC.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: 2x80 cm trundle beds and air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: 160 cm double bed and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 4: 2 x 140 cm beds and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

Additional facilities
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences:
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, real oven.
- Ironing board, iron, hoover.
- Final cleaning included.

A natural and relaxing setting
The residence has a communal swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1m to 1.70m deep), and is just 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Nearby, you'll find water sports, walks along the Canal du Midi and a Provencal market.

Une maison sympathique hormis certains problĂšmes tout le long du voyage dont le problĂšme d'eau chaude, la maison Ă©tait dite pour 10 personnes mais il n'y avait assez d'eau que pour 5, sur le site il est marquĂ© maison et non rĂ©sidence ainsi que piscine privĂ© qui s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre commune, et enfin certaines prises ne marchaient pas.

Bonne saison pour cette région car beaucoup moins de vacanciers, calme et grands espaces sont à nous

La rĂ©sidence n'Ă©tait pas bondĂ©e comme en Ă©tĂ©, les enfants pouvaient s'Ă©battre sans gĂȘner les voisins...car les terrasses sont Ă  touche touche ! Et on pouvait se garer Ă  plusieurs voitures !

Sehr gelungener Urlaub

Das Objekt war sehr ansprechend. Hatte einen schönen Garten. Das Einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war der Pool, zum reinspringen reichte es, aber mehr auch nicht. Trotzdem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und fĂŒr jeden zu empfehlen.
