Nice Bungalow Minutes from Beautiful Beaches

Located minutes from Melnor Wiggins Pass State Park, with its beautiful beach and inlet at the north end for fishing. We parked at parking lot #3 at the rangers recommendation, nice shade trees if you come early. You can also go to Vanderbilt beach just minutes away to the south. There is a nice Whole Foods Market and two Publix markets right down the street, I preferred the Publix on 111 Ave N & Tamiami Trail, they had a better variety of products. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but almost nobody was wearing masks and we didn't want to take any risks. However, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils allowing us to prepare nice meals. Nice pool area with plenty of seating. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas also available for use. I would stay here again!

Perfect Location

We have stayed in many rental homes in many countries - including a number of them in SW Florida. This was, by far, the cleanest, nicest, most perfect place we have ever rented. Communication was a breeze, check-in was a breeze, the beach was 3 minutes away, and staying in meant relaxing in a perfect lanai and backyard pool. This place was spotless. I even checked the top of the door frames and it was clean. My wife is a "floor freak" and has to have clean floors - they were spotless. She wanted to clean them before we left but I didn't let her. This will be our new go-to spot in the North Naples area. We miss it already!

What a great property with excellent property managers. Communication with Keith was flawless and they were super helpful. We needed a crib and literally within like 30 mins there was one at our door. This is the first rental house we’ve ever stayed at that my wife didn’t immediately start cleaning upon arrival, it was spotless. All in all it was outstanding and hope to stay here again next year

Very comfortable and clean home with a gorgeous private pool

The home was very clean with all the amenities we needed. We throughly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. Home is very close to the beach and easy to get to. Also close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrelllas that our available with this home. Thank you! We will be back.

Truly a “Fanta Sea”

We have been vacationing to Naples for the last 25 years and after selling our family home had mixed feelings about staying elsewhere. After finding the “Fanta Sea” home and speaking with Keith, we knew we had found a Naples gem. Great location, amenities, and communication. Would recommend to adults and families alike. We enjoyed it so much we have considered renting longer term.
