Beds uncomfortable, bathroom toilets kept backing up & upstairs shower drained very slow. Kitchen dishwasher smelled up the kitchen so you know there was a plumbimg problem. Other than that there was plenty of room and the location was great.

Had we been made aware, our team would have been available to investigate and address them promptly. We did communicate with your group during the stay after receiving concerns from neighbors regarding late-night noise, as we take our neighborhood and house rules seriously. We’re glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and its location, and we will of course inspect the items you mentioned.

Perfect for our family of 12 to celebrate life and spring break. Accommodations fit all our needs and loved the various room setups for 3 families that became 1 for the week. Large kitchen to allow helpers and big meals with plenty of room at the two tables setup inside or eating outside. Very spacious living and play areas. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and games. Morning sun and afternoon shade … can’t get much better than that. Playground near by for a break. Easy access to Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, Circle K, and Safeway to name just a few. You won’t be disappointed with this VRBO. Owners checked in with us often but we were Ok and didn’t need much. Thank you.

Stayed here over Christmas

12 of us (2 families and our parents) stayed here for Christmas. It had plenty of room for all of us, and was a great location to explore Phoenix and the area from. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and we had a great time.

Family Gathering

Property was very clean and the pool was nice and warm. Lots of useful space for our large family gathering. It’s really close to all the stores that you need and the neighborhood was decorated really nice for Christmas which the kids loved!

Great spacious house!

We traveled as a group of 14 and this property was perfect for us, nice and clean! Pool and yard were great, the house is next to an amazing park and in a very quiet neighborhood. The property owner was so helpful and attentive, great experience!

Close to freeway, pretty well stocked (much better than most). The house has been a rental for a long time. Back sliding door lock is broken but there is a stick that can be put in. The house did the job that it was intended to be used for.
