Wij verbleven er van 30/7/22 tot 13/8/22. Een heel proper huis, volledig uitgerust met alle comfort. Zeker aan te bevelen. Tijdens ons verblijf was het er wel erg warm, waardoor 's nachts airco meer dan welkom was geweest. Heel vriendelijke huiseigenaars, die ons zelfs noodgedwongen een nachtje bij hen thuis hebben opgevangen ten gevolge een bosbrand vlakbij ons verblijf. Wij zijn heel tevreden en prijs-kwaliteit een absolute aanrader! Ook een ideale ligging, op minder dan een uur van de bergen en een dik half uur van de Middellandse zee. (Gezin met 2 kinderen -10j.)

Schönes Haus für perfekte Urlaubstage

Das ist ein schönes großes Haus für perfekte Urlaubstage in Südfrankreich, sauber und sehr gepflegt! (Die Fotos im Inserat werden dem nicht wirklich gerecht) Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet , die Betten sind bequem, die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns (Familie plus befreundetes Paar) perfekt! Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und der Pool ist großartig!!! Im heißen, trockenen Juli gab es erfreulich wenig Stechmücken, für Zeiten, in denen es anders ist sind an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht. Die Temperatur im Haus hielt sich, auch Dank der Ventilatoren in allen Räumen und auch bei deutlich über 30 Grad Außentemperatur,, in Grenzen. Das Haus liegt an der (wenig befahrenen) Straße zwischen Aubais und Aigues-Vives. (Die vorbeifahrenden Autos, sowie auch der in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnte Hahn sind überhaupt nicht störend, es ist alles sehr weitläufig) Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Meer und tolle Orte sind schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen (und es gibt viel zu sehen und zu entdecken!) - aber ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich! Die Vermieter, Daniel und Michèle sind ganz entzückend, unkompliziert und herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Heel mooi en proper huis. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Slimme tv waar je via je telefoon tv kan kijken (in je eigen taal). Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die je wegwijs maken in het Frans en een woordje Engels. Zwembad is geweldig voor de kinderen. Het water is aan de frisse kant maar dat stoorde ons niet. Pingpongtafel is voor de kinderen een groot succes. Goed gelegen nabij Nîmes en Montpellier. Leuke stadjes om te gaan bezoeken. Enkel een goed middel tegen de muggen heb je nodig.

BELLEN en ze waren er... EERSTEKLAS VERHUURDERS.... Schatten van mensen.....

Wat hebben wij heerlijk genoten in dit fantastische huis! Wij werden zeer vriend ...

Wat hebben wij heerlijk genoten in dit fantastische huis! Wij werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de Franstalige huiseigenaren. Door de files kwamen wij later aan dan verwacht, dit had ik doorgegeven en het was geen enkel probleem. We werden uitgebreid rondgeleid in het huis. Het viel ons direct op dat alles zeer schoon was en dat het ons aan niets zou ontbreken. Onze drie kinderen (3, 7 en 9 jaar oud) hebben het heerlijk gehad, vooral het zwembad was in trek. Door het mooie weer (+30 graden) hebben wij er elke dag gebruik van gemaakt. Zelfs als het water te koud zou zijn is er aan gedacht om het water met een afdekzeil op te warmen. Mede door het zwembad hoef je nergens heen, de kinderen vermaakten zich uitstekend. De pingpongtafel was ook een succes! De keuken was zeer compleet en het gebruik van de wasmachine was heel handig als je met drie kinderen op vakantie bent. De bedjes in de tuin waren fijn, de bbq top en het overdekte terras was prettig met het warme weer. De tuin is prachtig met de vele bloemen en planten en we hebben zelfs tomaten uit eigen tuin gegeten! De bakker zit op loopafstand, maar wij deden de grote boodschappen vooral bij de Lidl (10 minuten rijden). Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie huis en wij raden het iedereen aan die op zoek is naar rust en ontspanning.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant deux semaines cet été avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 7 ans. La maison était très agréable. La cuisine est grande et nous y prenions nos repas quand il faisait trop chaud ou trop froid dehors. Le mobilier dans le salon est basique, mais nous n'y avons passé que très peu de temps au final. La salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée est pratique pour la douche à la sortie de la piscine. Les chambres à l'étage sont également basiques (les couchages sont trois lits doubles en 190*140), mais là encore, on ne va pas dans la région en vacances pour passer ses journées dans la chambre. Gros point positif, la piscine est "en dur", semie enterrée, et entièrement sécurisée par une vraie cloture et un portillon difficile à manoeuvrer pour les enfants. Elle n'est pas très grande, mais sa taille était parfaite pour nos enfants. Notre fille y a appris à se débrouiller un peu plus dans l'eau, en sécurité car jamais trop loin du bord. A savoir: les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, et la maison est en bord de route (mais les murs sont épais et le jardin entièrement clôturé, protégé d'accès par un lourd portail). Mon compagnon signale également la présence d'un coq chez un voisin.

Fijn huis in een rustige omgeving. Het ontvangst door de eigenaren was zeer hartelijk. Wij kregen eerst een rondleiding en alles werd ons (in het Frans) uitgelegd. De woning was heel netjes schoongemaakt. Wat erg prettig is, is dat er horren voor de ramen zitten, waardoor er geen muggen binnen kunnen komen. De slaapkamers hebben allemaal een ventilator, waardoor de temperatuur prima is. Alles in huis werkt naar behoren, maar wij leefden vooral buiten. Het zwembad is heerlijk, evenals de ligbedjes. Er staat een gas bbq, waarvan wij elke dag heerlijk gegeten hebben. Het huis staat langs een weg, waar je in de tuin weinig last van hebt. Verder is het een rustige omgeving. Ik zou een verblijf zeker aanraden.

Een heerlijke woonkeuken met alles erop en eraan. 3 goede slaapkamers en 2 grote badkamers. Klein minpunt was de grote van het bed. 140-190 was voor ons wat aan de kleine kant voor 2 personen. Verder was de temperatuur van het zwembad best koud

Super huis voor gezin met kinderen. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijke, hartelijk mensen. Zwembad is prima om nog even af te koelen na het strand, huis blijft lekker koel ondanks de hitte. Huis ligt ongeveer een kilometer buiten het dorp Aigues-Vives. Een aanrader !

Een mooie woning. Proper zwembad. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig (ligzetels, bbq, vaatwas, wasmachine, droogkast, koffiezet,...). Ideale uitvalsbasis. 5 bakkers binnen bereik. Enig minpuntje geen airco. Dus voor het slapen heel warm. Het was ook wel heel warm tijdens ons verblijf (+30gr). Service top!
