1 BR -1 BA - LR and Full Kitchen and is located on the river. Your private dock awaits you. Gorgeous views including the Morris Island Lighthouse. Fish or crab right off the dock. If you're a boat owner, it's the perfect place to vacation and boat. If you don't have a boat, book your vacation as a package to include our licensed boat captain who will take you on a 1.5hr boat tour. Note: All NEW furnishings! Contact me regarding a weekly or monthly rental.

Cozy quiet and convenient

The owners hospitality was amazing. The apartment was clean comfortable and fully stocked. The location was so convenient to food shopping downtown and the beach. The view was beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet. An absolute gem!!

Peace and Serenity

Had a great time. Love the location, very peaceful looking out on the inlet. Close to beach, close to downtown Charleston, close to the Plantations, close to the grocery store. Owners are great, gave lots of suggestions where to go and since they live next door it makes it super easy to get info or restocked on anything. They also run a Boat Charter and can pick you up from your boat deck to the inlet. Inside it's cozy and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

This property has very unique amazing views. Only 1.2 miles to the beach and only 10 mins to downtown Charleston.

What makes this property unique

Private dock for fishing, crabbing, or docking your boat. We offer packages to include boat tours to leave from the dock! Patio deck in yard with grill for barbecuing. Small top deck for relaxing and enjoying the views. It's not at all uncommon to see dolphins frolicking right in your backyard ! Truly amazing property.
