Wir waren als Familie dort und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ein tolles großes GrundstĂŒck mit vielen Möglichkeiten fĂŒr verschiedene AktivitĂ€ten. Das Haus liegt gĂŒnstig fĂŒr verschiedene AktivitĂ€ten. Time StrĂ€nde sind in ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt in der NĂ€he. Wir wĂŒrden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist schön und modern, extrem gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit sehr gutem Herd, KĂŒhlschrank und Gasgrill. Schönes AusengelĂ€nde zum Entspannen. Ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand und Einkaufen nur mit Rad oder Auto.

The holiday house was comfortable and well equiped (especially kitchen and outdoor play games/equipment). The house has a huge garden and if you are lucky you could spot a deer. Although the weather was fine to swim in the warmed pool (nice temperature) our child was also fond of the huge TV (Netflix, Disney etc). A point for improvement is the cleanliness of the house. Overall we had a lovely time at and near the house in Saint-Vivienne de Medoc and during our visits to nearby Soulac-sur-Mer and a nearby winery.

Außenbereich mit vielen Optionen, fĂŒr 2 Familien etwas eng

Wir wurden trotz verspĂ€teter Anreise von den Besitzern sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten zu siebt (4 Erwachsene und 3 Jungs zwischen 10 und 14 Jahren) eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Besonders das große AußengelĂ€nde wurde gerne genutzt (Volleyballfeld, Tischtennisplatte, Pool, PĂ©tanque). In 15 Autominuten ist man an den verschiedenen StrĂ€nden, im sĂŒĂŸen StĂ€dtchen von Soulac mit seinen vielen GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants, ebenso in den großen SupermĂ€rkten. Wie im Inserat beschrieben gibt es drei Schlafzimmer und eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit (Doppelschlafsofa), die sich im zur KĂŒche offenen Wohnzimmer befindet. Am komfortabelsten ist daher sicherlich eine Belegung zu sechst, so kann man sich auch zurĂŒckziehen und LangschlĂ€fer und FrĂŒhaufsteher kommen sich in KĂŒche/Wohnzimmer nicht in die Quere. Aufgrund der Lage mitten im GrĂŒnen wĂ€ren MĂŒckengitter ein super Bonus.

Fantastic vacation home

We (three adults and two children) had a wonderful two-week stay in the house. It is located a little bit outside of Saint Vivien on a quiet street but close enough to drive within 10-15 minutes to several wonderful beaches. Also, vineyards are plenty to be found nearby. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a larger family and has plenty of outdoor space for dining and fun activities. Our highlights were the pool, which was even bigger than it looked in the pictures, the BBQ grill, and the coffee machine to start the day with freshly ground and brewed coffee. Kids were happy about a TV with Netflix, Disney, and Co., the hammocks, and the different sports equipment available. Despite our lack of French, we communicated with Christelle and her husband easily via smartphones. We are definitely considering returning!

Rust en natuur

Super uitgerust huis (meer dan voldoende keukengerief, goede bedden, zeer goede douches) met tal van bezigheden bij het huis zelf (zwembad, tafeltennis, petanque, volleybal, hangmatten,...). Veel activiteiten mogelijk in de omgeving (fietsen, kayak, bootverhuur, strand), dagelijkse markt in Montalivet zeer aan te raden, evenals een uitstap naar Bordeaux en genoeg restaurants in de omliggende gemeenten.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem super ausgestatten Haus mit großem Garten und Pool verbracht. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist eine große Waschmaschine vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es 2 BĂ€der inkl. Fön. HabdtĂŒcher muss man selbst mitbringen, BettwĂ€sche ist vorhanden. Der Pool hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und ist beheizt (26-28c). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sprachbarriere war kein Problem (wir kein Französisch, die Vermieter kein Englisch/Deutsch). Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus!

Im Haus wurde an alles gedacht. Es ist alles vorhanden: BettwĂ€sche, Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine, BĂŒgeleisen, Gasgrill. Man fĂŒhlt sich total wohl. Die Lage ist schön, etwas abgelegen und total ruhig. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Pool ist total super!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgassenlage. Jeden Abend konnten wir Rehe am Waldrand beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Bei unserer Ankunft haben sich die Vermieter viel Zeit genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es ist alles vorhanden, da das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und auch die grĂ¶ĂŸeren SupermĂ€rkte sind 15 Minuten entfernt. Im nĂ€chsten Dorf gibt es einen Sparsupermarkt und mehrere BĂ€cker. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Ă€ußerst netten Vermietern!!!

Wir haben als sechsköpfige Familie das FerienhĂ€uschen gemietet. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich bei der Übergabe und haben einem alles kurz erlĂ€utert, selbst ein gekĂŒhltes Heineken FĂ€ĂŸchen stand als Willkommensgruß bereit. Das Haus ist total praktisch aufgeteilt und es fehlt an nichts (Kaffeemaschine, ( fĂŒr Kaffeebohnen) Waschmaschine , Fön , Grill, WĂ€schestĂ€nder, Volleyballfeld, Tischtennisplatte, Boulebahn, etc.). Ganz toll war neben dem Pool eine große vorhandene Spielesammlung zur Freude unserer Kinder!!! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht ĂŒberwachte BadestrĂ€nde in ca. 15 Minuten, der nĂ€chst gelegene Ort in ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit ist sehr idyllisch und man hat hier einen Spar Supermarkt und BĂ€ckereien, ein kleines TrödelgeschĂ€ft zum Kauf fĂŒr allerlei Krimkskrams (Luftmatratze, Souvenirs, Haushaltswaren) und mittwochs einen sehr schönen Markt. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen!

Maison trÚs bien équipée et propriétaires au top !

Jolie maison trÚs trÚs bien équipée. Idem pour les loisirs avec la piscine, le coin hamac, le terrain de pétanque,... La tranquillité aussi... Rien n a manqué au cours de la super semaine passée entre amis à St Vivien, sans oublier les sympathiques propriétaires !!!

Un havre de paix !

TrĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ© Ă  la campagne Ă  moins de 15 minutes des plages. Tout y est pour y passer de trĂšs bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able, terrain de pĂ©tanque de compĂ©tition, coin hamacs excellent, etc... PropriĂ©taires trĂšs accueillants (merci Ă  eux d’avoir sauvĂ© nos vacances). A savoir : petit vis Ă  vis avec la maison voisine...

Wunderschöner Familienuraub

Wir durften 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen und vor allem der riesige Garten hat es uns sehr angetan. Der Pool hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe, sodass man super in im schwimmen kann. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus total wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

TrĂšs bien !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La maison est neuve et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (vraiment, on a tout ce qu'il faut !). Elle est situĂ©e dans un endroit calme, Ă  15 minutes environ de la plage (il y en a plusieurs, au choix). J'aurais bien aimĂ© que le mĂ©canisme de la piscine soit mieux expliquĂ© sur l'annonce. Il s'est cassĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour et j'avoue que nous Ă©tions bien embĂȘtĂ©s de ne plus pouvoir fermer la piscine, un peu stressant mais il y a quand mĂȘme une alarme Ă  mettre et tout s'est bien passĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires sont adorables, arangeants et rĂ©pondent rapidement aux messages si nĂ©cessaire (ils habitent Ă  une heure de lĂ ). Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et c'Ă©tait parfait niveau espace. Je recommande !
