I rarely write reviews, but this was the nicest rentals that I have ever been in. Often the properties are not as nice as they are pictured but this one exceeded my expectations. Communicating with Justin was very easy and he responded quickly.

This place was great, about a 10 minute walk to the north end of downtown. Old guys caught a show and the young guys caught a show, we all gathered back and enjoyed a chill evening, tons of space, comfortable bed that I slept in. Nice work!!

The place was great. The location was perfect, it was close to everything we had planed to do. The beds were really comfortable. We also really enjoyed the outside fireplace. We sat out there in the evening and visited. The host was great as well, they responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great townhouse and good location

We had a great time in Fort Collins and our stay was perfect. The house had plenty of room and the roof top deck was a wonderful space to hang out. We would definitely stay there again.
