Our daughters weddings was not far from the property and the house was perfect for our occasion. Gorgeous property, clean, comfortable and for the price…couldn’t beat it. The compliments were non stop and it genuinely felt like home away from home. Commission with the host was on point and the everything just was so smooth. I cannot rave enough about this home and we will definitely be returning

Kitchen was awesome. Good size. Did not care for the little frogs or lizard in the house. Luckily one gal was happy to catch the frogs and put them outside!The gals enjoyed everything and we will be back next year.

Kitchen was equipped had everything we needed to make our mealsPool was cold but that makes sense as our stay was on early April. Beds are swift but comfortable House is very clean… not perfect but it feels like home away from home.

Everything was great. The property is big and secluded.Grass movers at 8 am on January 2nd were a bummer, and lack of paper towels and trash bags.Apart from we would stay there again.

We stayed during a winter month and a storm rolled through so we didn’t quite get to utilize the pool or be outside much. Grounds are well kept and windows throughout are nice. The house never lost power and had plenty of room indoors. Kitchen is nicely appointed for cooking a family meal. Would definitely rent again.

We loved this house, perfect for our stay during our daughter's wedding at the Sequoia Mansion! Great huge kitchen, plenty of living room space and we can't wait to book during the summer to utilize the pool!!!

Remote, but relaxing location

If you want quiet, a swimming pool and surrounding olive orchards, this is your place. It's a great place to mellow. The town of Placerville is a 15 minute drive if you want to mingle.

Amazing property

Our family always spends time in Placerville visiting Apple hill and friends. We stayed at this property and it was amazing. We will definitely make this home our must stay if it’s available. The home is spacious to give the whole family plenty of room! It would take a whole page to list all the great things about this property!

Weekend getaway

Perfect property for a relaxing stay! We stayed for my nephew’s wedding at the Sequoia mansion. The house was spacious and well appointed and the location worked out great for our family to all stay together. An easy ride to town for dinner our first night and to the wedding the next.We enjoyed walking the grounds and enjoyed the peaceful location and stunning views.Thank you Sergey and Clara.

Great place for a family getaway!

This house was awesome for our family of 5, plus my parents who were in town. We had room for so many more as well! The kids loved the bunk room and the outdoors at this house. It was super clean and very nicely remodeled. Clara was also great with communication and was a great host. I would definitely recommend staying here!
