Our stay was great ! It was very clean the AC worked great ( that is a very big deal for us )the view was incredible. We loved the location and check in and check out was a breeze no problem at all . Jean was very easy to get in-touch with and responded very quick . Can’t wait for the next vacation !

Great location on Thomas Drive. Communication with Jean was very good with fast responses. The condo was stock very well with everything we needed including hand soap at each sinks. The sleeper sofa was comfortable to sleep on for an adult. I chose to sleep on the sleeper sofa instead of the twin bed. The view from the balcony every night was perfect. I enjoyed the rental chairs on the beach every morning. Highly recommend this condo.

Kitchen well stocked. Had everything you could possibly need.Bed in master slept like a dream. Bedding was quality bedding. Master bathroom floors needed a little more attention. Plenty of nice clean towels. Guest bedroom/bath worked nicely for guests. Nice living room for gathering with family. Comfortable sofa. Nice view of the pools and the Ocean beyond. Beach chairs a definite plus.Early check in was wonderful. Great location.Jean was wonderful. Checking in online message to make sure we had everything we needed.Front desk was amazing and so friendly. Above and beyond great service. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jean

We have rented this unit two years in a row. I can not say enough good things about the owner and the property desk clerks. The unit is beautiful and conveniently located. We look forward to making this our go to from now on.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The early check-in and complimentary beach chairs were a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had a lovely time staying at Summerhouse. The host was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating with our requests. The condo was spotless, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Even the staff at the complex were friendly and welcoming. The area at this part of PCB was guieter and less congested which was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and would love to make this an annual trip.

Perfect getaway spot

The grounds are beautiful. The resort is the perfect size so you have great amenities but not overcrowded. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great Get-away

The condo is in a perfect place on the beach and has a great view from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with a spice rack. The included lounge chairs and umbrella were a big plus as were the beach chairs in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in PCB!

This condo at The Summer House was absolutely amazing! Views were astonishing and the Sunset was incredible ever night right off the balcony! The condo had everything we needed for our stay! Our host was responsive and accommodating to all our needs! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
