In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels and connection to Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay.

Convenient modern apartment close to old town
Although it's next to a busy road the apartment is a convenient place to stay for a short visit to Annecy. It's in easy walking distance of the old town and the lake and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Netflix, in case the weather isn't conducive to walking!
Property and location were good. Easy walk into town. Minor communication issue on arrival and departure time with property manager, not significant though. Would stay again.

Really nice apartment, finished maybe a few months ago, everything more or less brand new. Good location 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Good communication from the owner for check in and check out. Overall very satisfied and will return again

We are very pleased, not to be traveling with our big car. In the garage, is some anarchy, where a lot of people park where they like.
We are used to eat with cutlery. This was only limited available.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem praktischen und hĂŒbschen Appartement. Es liegt in der NĂ€he zum See und man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen.
Auch eine Wanderung haben wir in der NĂ€he gemacht. Das Auto haben wir nie gebraucht. Super, wenn man mit Hund reist: Haustiere sind willkommen und auch die Nachbarn haben kein Problem damit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Appartement 405 is excellent. The location is really great, with only a few minutes walk to the Plate des Marquisats, the lake and the old town (literally minutes, even at a slow pace). The apartment itself is really well equipped, clean and modern and the bed is comfortable. Despite it being in an apartment block, it's pretty soundproof and the shutters so a good job of blocking out the road at night. Really good value and communication was good. We also got some tips from our Concierge, John, on arrival, who gave us the excellent advice of cycling the lake clockwise! Would stay again.
