Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.

⚠ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels and connection to Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Convenient modern apartment close to old town

Although it's next to a busy road the apartment is a convenient place to stay for a short visit to Annecy. It's in easy walking distance of the old town and the lake and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Netflix, in case the weather isn't conducive to walking!

Really nice apartment, finished maybe a few months ago, everything more or less brand new. Good location 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Good communication from the owner for check in and check out. Overall very satisfied and will return again

Parking and Eating

We are very pleased, not to be traveling with our big car. In the garage, is some anarchy, where a lot of people park where they like. We are used to eat with cutlery. This was only limited available.

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable dans cet appartement. TrÚs bien équipé, tout confort et vraiment trÚs agréable dans une résidence trÚs calme. Nous avons eu une petite déconvenue avec le service Livraison de petit déjeuner qui sera trÚs probablement résolu avec l'équipe la conciergerie. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Bel appartement, idĂ©al pour 2 personnes, trĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme (l’appartement ne donne pas directement sur la rue passante). TrĂšs bonne literie. DĂ©coration IKEA sans caractĂšre, l’amĂ©nagement de la salle de bain est basique. Bien Ă©quipĂ© (la poĂȘle Tefal est Ă  changer, elle date d’au moins 20 ans - il manque une petite casserole Ă  manche). Le garage est normal, adaptĂ© Ă  tous types de vĂ©hicules. Par contre la porte du garage ne ferme plus Ă  clĂ© (on aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© que l’information nous soit communiquĂ©e avant notre arrivĂ©e).

Bel appartement bien aménagé et bien situé pour un séjour d'une semaine en hiver, trÚs bien pour 2, pour 4 un peu juste le logement est propre, bien conçue et bien équipé pour des vacances et sa situation proche du centre ville du chùteau et du lac font que le séjour était parfait le seul problÚme, le parking, il est trÚs trÚs difficile d'y entrer si l'on a une voiture un peu longue. parfait pour des petites citadines. Nicolas nous a bien accueilli l'agence propose des tarifs raisonnables pour le secteur et elle est trÚs réactive et réponse rapide par mail.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 3 nuits dans un superbe appartement de La conciergerie du lac. L’appartement Ă©tait parfaitement situĂ© pour accĂ©der au centre ville Ă  pied, tout en laissant notre voiture dans un garage sĂ©curisĂ©. Un bien locatif qui nous correspondait totalement tant sur la dĂ©co, l’emplacement, la mise Ă  disposition du matĂ©riel de cuisine, des serviettes de douche
 la literie 
 jusqu’au moindre dĂ©tails. Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour passer un beau sĂ©jour. Alors je tiens Ă  remercier toute l’équipe et pour les prochains voyageurs vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s. 😇

4 Days in Annecy

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem praktischen und hĂŒbschen Appartement. Es liegt in der NĂ€he zum See und man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen. Auch eine Wanderung haben wir in der NĂ€he gemacht. Das Auto haben wir nie gebraucht. Super, wenn man mit Hund reist: Haustiere sind willkommen und auch die Nachbarn haben kein Problem damit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©. Il est trĂšs bien entretenu et calme. Sa position prĂšs du centre d'Annecy nous a permis de rentrer chaque midi pour faire manger chaud notre fille de 2 ans et demi. IdĂ©alement situĂ© pour se rendre sur le Semnoz ! Le parking un gros point fort sur Annecy 😊 nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Perfect location!

Appartement 405 is excellent. The location is really great, with only a few minutes walk to the Plate des Marquisats, the lake and the old town (literally minutes, even at a slow pace). The apartment itself is really well equipped, clean and modern and the bed is comfortable. Despite it being in an apartment block, it's pretty soundproof and the shutters so a good job of blocking out the road at night. Really good value and communication was good. We also got some tips from our Concierge, John, on arrival, who gave us the excellent advice of cycling the lake clockwise! Would stay again.

Déçus

SĂ©jour de 5j pour dĂ©couvrir Annecy en couple. Bon accueil par john et Brigitta, sympathiques. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  deux pas de la vieille ville , des embarcadĂšres des bateaux, en surplomb du lac. Mais - mĂ©nage plus qu’alĂ©atoire (des « moutons » partout) , trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able voir inadmissible en ces temps d’épidĂ©mie, - Impossible de dormir correctement (la clim fait un bruit d’enfer et si vous ouvrez la fenĂȘtre quel vacarme, la route est trĂšs passante), - le balcon n’est pas amĂ©nagĂ© (oubliez l’apĂ©ro dehors, de tout façon vous profitez des voisins ....), -pas de notice d’utilisation des appareils donc pas facile de se dĂ©brouiller seuls, -‘et pour le box Ă  voiture trop exigu, il vous obligera soit Ă  opter pour une twingo, soit Ă  sortir de votre citadine en contorsionniste (pas adaptĂ© aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, personnes ĂągĂ©es ...) et le parking le plus proche est payant ! Une note positive ; confort trĂšs correct, super bien placĂ© si vous faites tout Ă  pied et n’ĂȘtes pas sensible au bruit ; d’oĂč la note pondĂ©rĂ©e sur la situation de l’appartement .
