1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 1 person with duvets, balcony and SEA VIEW -
1 renovated bathroom with bath, sink and toilet -
At level -1 (on a hill side):
1 living room with sofa, TV overlooking a wooden terrace SEA VIEW -
1 renovated kitchen area equipped with induction hob 3 burners, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
Parking. SEA VIEW OF ALL ROOMS. Heating package of 50 €/week from October to May. Washing machine. Terrace furniture. Terraced house on one side. Gas heating. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
