Parking. SEA VIEW OF ALL ROOMS. Heating package of 50 €/week from October to May. Washing machine. Terrace furniture. Terraced house on one side. Gas heating. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
