If a pet is selected during the booking process, the applicable pet fee is automatically added to the reservation total. In this case, the reservation indicated the number of guests but did not include the “bringing a pet” selection, so the pet fee was not included in the original booking total. Once we were made aware of the pet, the applicable fee was collected. We strive to make our policies and fees as transparent as possible and encourage guests to review all reservation details prior to arrival.
