Description: Villa 4 bedrooms (a room with bed 160, plus two rooms with mezzanine beds 140 plus extra bed 90 cm, a room with bunk beds 90 cm) in a quiet residential area of grasse (Saint Jacques district), near all amenities. Private pool 8x4 m with alarm, garden 400 m2 plus parking 80 m², two large terraces (one on stilts of 25 m² with outdoor garden furniture 8 seats, a wooden terrace of 40 m² with sunbeds) plus a third terrace with 2 loungers (relaxation area). Two bathrooms, two toilets. Sheets and towels provided for the bathrooms. Prices are degressive on request if several consecutive weeks reserved. Pets are not accepted .

Superbes vacances dans une maison au top

La procédure de réservation en ligne c'est très bien passé. Nous avons eu tout le détail nécessaire et avons pu modifier notre réservation pour ajouter deux personnes au dernier moment. Arrivé sur place, nous avons fait le tour de la maison et avons reçu les explications pour le fonctionnement de la piscine et du jacuzzi notamment, ainsi que les consignes pour le chek-out. Tout c'est superbement bien passé et nous nous sommes vraiment senti comme à la maison. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous sommes au calme, 20 minutes de la cohue du bord de mer. Un vrai systme de climatisation serait un plus, bien que la verdure environnante assure une température convenable. 👍 Une climatisation mobile est mise à disposition mais le maintien d'une température confortable necessite de la laisser fonctionner 24h/24. Encore merci pour tout à Véronique. C'est une adresse que je garde à proximité pour de prochaines vacances ou en conseil à des proches. A bientôt.
