2 bedroom apartment in Juan gulf, in a quiet residence for 2 to 4 people maximum
The latter is located on the 1st floor with elevator and parking space .
- close to shops
- near the beach (700 meters)
- close bus line
- near Cannes, Juan les Pins, Antibes
The apartment includes:
- a kitchen equipped and independent with an oven, 1 refregirateur, 1 freezer, a microwaves, a toaster, a coffee maker, A washing machine, ceramic hob
- A living room composed of a sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, a small coffee table, a television (wifi)
- A separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet
- A bathroom with bath and wc
- A terrace without opposite facing south with a store and table with 4 chairs (possibility to eat on the terrace)
Conditions:
Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday.

July 500 € / week
August 550 € / week
