The Space



This spacious 1-bedroom suite measures approximately 579 sq. ft. Enjoy a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, perfect for up to four guests. Additional features include a full kitchenette with dining space, washer/dryer, one bathroom with a large soaking tub, and a private balcony.

Love the resort. So accommodating and Beautiful . The entire staff was helpful and had a smile every time you approached them. I will be coming back very soon. That was the best resort I stayed in at Williamsburg, Va !!!

Everything was nice and clean. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the stove. It’s very small and took forever to cook food.

Rooms are very clean and nice. Only problem is asking for a bottom floor or close to elevator we received second floor and was all the way to end. Not close at all. Anyone not handicapped would have no problem at all.

Overall a pretty nice condo

The condo looks like the pictures. A word of advice don’t let the concierge talk you into anything. The kitchen was well equipped. It would’ve been nice however to have napkins and better paper towels. There weren’t any dryer sheets provided but the load of laundry I did seemed okay without it. The bed was comfortable but we didn’t like how there wasn’t a door to where the tub was in the master bathroom. That window let in too much light. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would consider going back.

Governor Green

The unit we stayed was dated. All appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher)we old and noisy. The refrigerator was older and had no light and drawers were rough opening and closing. Dining table and chairs were quite low and bar stools were not the correct height for the bar. Water pressure was poor. Unit could stand to be updated. Enjoyed our trip other than the few deficiencies in the unit.

Great property and amenities!!

Outdoor pool is great! Great area to walk/run, has some family friendly activities-volleyball, minigolf, classes for kids, pool table, and indoor pool! Short drive to Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Nice to come back to the pool and relax. Kitchenette had all the necessities. Just right for our needs.
