Prestation de très haute qualité

Superbe et spacieuse villa parfaitement équipée. Emplacement idéal entre la partie commerçante et la plage. L'accueil personnalisé par Brenda et les différentes attentions des propriétaires vous font sentir plus comme des invités que des clients. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse estivale si vite passée. A recommander à ceux qui apprécient et surtout respectent les choses.

Notre séjour en famille et avec enfants a été idyllique et ce, dès l'arrivée. Check in effectué avec la charmante et très serviable Brenda. Propriété extraordinaire: espaces modernes bien pensés que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Services "haut de gamme": Hifi, équipements électronique et ménager. Décoration superbe, mobilier de goût. Piscine magnifique et pratique. Situation proche des commerces, restaurant, plages. Tout est accessible à pied. Massage ayurvédique avec Carmen, au top. A recommander!

Magnifique maison qui se suffit à elle-même (piscine, spa, écran géant, musique dans toutes pièces du RDC de la maison, baby foot, trampoline ...) par beau temps comme par mauvais temps ! Brenda et le propriétaire des lieux ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

excellent séjour

Cette villa est superbe, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût, bien située et très calme. Nous y avons séjourné la semaine du 15 au 22 mars, la piscine n'était donc pas accessible, mais quelque soit l'heure de la journée, nous avons réussi à trouver un endroit ensoleillé autour de la piscine. Très appréciable à cette époque de l'année. Et le superbe jacuzzi nous a enchanté tous les soirs !! Les immenses plages sont accessibles, soit à pied, soit à 10 minutes en voiture ou à vélo. De plus, Brenda, notre interlocutrice, a été aux petits soins pour nous, ainsi que Carmen, notre masseuse à domicile. Nous envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Je vous conseille vivement cette villa !!! Séjour au top. Temps magnifique pour début mars, très bonnes prestations même si étant donné la saison nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine ...le jacuzzi a été notre réconfort pour les fins d’après-midi. Idéal pour se reposer...

Villa exceptionnelle Tip Top !

Villa originale alliant l’esthétique Et une rare qualité de vie estivale , avec des baies vitrées qui disparaissent dans les galandages, pour créer un espace en U autour de la piscine, animé par la Musique distribuée sur les enceintes, les lumières d’ambiance, le bonheur! Les meubles et décors exotiques ajoutent au plaisir ! L’ambiance familiale et authentique de Vieux-Boucau avec son marché quotidien sont aussi un atout du séjour. Idéal pour les sportifs qui apprécieront les vagues, surf, le vélo , ou encore le paddle sur le lac Marin. Pour nous et nos ados c’était parfait. Ne me semble pas adéquat pour de petits enfants ou personnes âgées car les plages sont derrière la dune, trajet pentu. Pura Vida sinon , villa digne de Hollywood (Madmen en californie!) avec un accueil adorable en plus (merci Brenda 😎et ses bons plans ) tout est neuf, et choisi avec goût , la maison est immense, prévoir d’être un peu soigneux sinon vous serez frustrés . Nous avons largement apprécié notre séjour , une belle découverte! Un immense merci à Aude et Alexandre.

Good point: Stunning villa within a short walk of the beach and the village. All of us enjoyed all the facilities the house has, perfect for 3 couples with kids Bad point: None or maybe that the time seems to go faster :-) We will definitely be back.

Au top !

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique Villa moderne. Nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants, la villa est très spacieuse et aménagée avec goût. Elle est très bien située. La plage, le lac et les commerces sont à 5 min à pieds. L'accueil est très chaleureux et Brenda est à l'écoute de la moindre des demandes. Je recommande chaudement, nous, on reviendra très prochainement !

We fell in love with the Landes region in general, and Vieux Boucau in particular. The beach is simply incredible, it is a great surfing spot, it is the paradise for bikes. We bought the house as our secondary home (we primarily live in Saint Germain en Laye, in the West of Paris). It is our safe heaven where we welcome our friends and family. We are happy to welcome you in our home.

What makes this property unique

We love the U shape of the villa, around the garden. We also love the location of the house, right in between the ocean and the center of Vieux Boucau. There is nothing like a 1’ minute bike ride every morning to buy croissants at the local bakery.
