Mark thanks for your 5 star review! I noted that the 2 xl twin beds were pushed together. Fyi, if you do return, i have a kit to make those two xl twin beds into a King Sized bed with king sized sheets and duvet cover. If wanted, we just need advanced notice to put it together for you. best, ed

We had a wonderful stay at this home— -it’s in a very walkable location to many restaurants, stores, and public transportation. Great location, great neighborhood

Convenient to restaurants, shopping and BART (as well as our granddaughter). The kitchen is fully equipped and great for a family meal if you don’t want to go out, although with all the great places to eat nearby there’s no need to cook. Highly recommended

Beautiful home in nice part of Oakland, CA

The property was in great shape and location was in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was well designed with modern, stylish finishes. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Zak is a great host.

New house; great location

All new and very clean. Excellent location near all the restaurants and shops of College Avenue, in Rockridge. Ed was a super host, responded quickly every time we contacted him. This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home.
