Perfect location in Tahoe Pines, fenced and gated yard and was awesome. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Walk to Eagle Rock and down to the Hoa access shore for sunrise/sunset. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Lake Tahoe.
Relaxing and plenty of space for everyone.
Great walking roads and close to beach and pier across the street. Backyard redwood trees and bistro lights make for a perfect outside dinner with grilling and comfortable dining seats on the patio. Can't wait to visit again.
We stayed at the Tahoe Pines property with our two dogs, son, and family friends. The location to the lake is a quick walk with easy lake access. The house and property were fantastic. We enjoyed having nice outdoor space to play with our pups and hang out!

Our stay at 300 Grand was great. It met all our needs. We came up for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect. The property is beautiful! We didn’t want to leave. We would definitely choose this property again for a family vacation.

Thank you, Delia. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay. :)
The location of the house closes to all good distinctions in that area of the lake. And it’s not in crowded area. Super good
The condition of the house is very good and setting is very suitable for a family gathering. The distribution of the beds made the house very easy to split between families.
Very nice experiences

Nice house, good location, terrible parking area
The actual house is nice but we had to plow are way into the house and it had not snowed there recently, snow left from last storm I guess. The house was freezing, it took a day in a half to get warm. The house was not clean and every window and door has bear security on it so you can’t use the doors unless you take down the ropes.

Thank you for your comments. We really appreciate the feedback. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience. The bear fencing protects the home & we try to make it as simple as possible to operate. We know bungee cords can be difficult to operate.
Happy Holidays!
Great property - close to the beach, love Tahoe Pines!
Very comfortable home with great access to private beach. House can accommodate two families and room to enjoy many areas of the house. The arcade was a hit with the boys!
